    Abstract

    Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas pengelolaan arsip elektronik melalui sistem e-office Portal Dirgantara Indonesia yang masih menghadapi sejumlah hambatan, seperti ketidaklengkapan fitur dalam sistem, belum terwujudnya integrasi secara menyeluruh, belum meratanya pelaksanaan pelatihan bagi pengguna, serta pemanfaatan sistem yang belum optimal dalam mendukung kelancaran administrasi. Permasalahan tersebut perlu dikaji lebih lanjut agar pengelolaan arsip elektronik dapat terlaksana secara menyeluruh dan terintegrasi guna menunjang efisiensi proses administrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjadikan e-office Portal Dirgantara Indonesia sebagai sistem kearsipan yang terintegrasi dan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas e-office Portal Dirgantara Indonesia sebagai sarana administrasi perkantoran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi eksploratif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi di PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Tahapan analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi e-office Portal Dirgantara Indonesia pada dasarnya telah berjalan dengan cukup efektif dalam mendukung pengelolaan arsip elektronik, karena sistem yang digunakan telah mengarah pada sistem yang terintegrasi dan sesuai dengan tahapan daur hidup arsip elektronik. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa hambatan yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian, seperti belum adanya kebijakan khusus terkait pengelolaan arsip elektronik, belum meratanya pelatihan kepada seluruh pengguna, serta kurangnya distribusi dokumen pendukung yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna e-office Portal Dirgantara Indonesia. This study explores the effectiveness of electronic records management through the e-office Portal Dirgantara Indonesia, which still encounters several challenges, such as incomplete system features, lack of full integration, uneven implementation of user training, and suboptimal system utilization in supporting efficient administrative processes. These issues require further examination to ensure that electronic records management can be implemented comprehensively and in an integrated manner to support administrative efficiency. The objective of this study is to assess the potential of the e-office Portal Dirgantara Indonesia as an integrated archiving system and to improve its effectiveness as a tool for office administration. This research employs a qualitative method with an exploratory approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis at PT Dirgantara Indonesia. The data analysis process consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. SWOT analysis was used as the analytical tool. The results show that the implementation of the e-office Portal Dirgantara Indonesia has generally been quite effective in supporting electronic records management, as the system has moved toward an integrated approach and aligns with the stages of the electronic records life cycle. However, several challenges remain that require attention, such as the absence of specific policies regarding electronic records management, uneven training for all users, and the lack of distribution of supporting documents needed by users of the e-office Portal Dirgantara Indonesia.
