    Abstract

    Pertumbuhan industri hiburan, khususnya konser musik K-pop di Indonesia, menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dari masyarakat. Namun, fenomena banyaknya keluhan terhadap penyelenggaraan konser NCT Dream di Jakarta tahun 2023 menjadi perhatian, khususnya terkait kualitas pelayanan dan harga tiket. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga tiket terhadap kepuasan penonton. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 223 responden yang menghadiri konser. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga tiket secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan penonton. Kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 5,832, sedangkan harga tiket juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai t-statistik 2,527. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan serta strategi harga yang sesuai dalam industri konser guna menciptakan pengalaman penonton yang memuaskan. The entertainment industry, especially K-pop concerts in Indonesia, has experienced rapid growth and massive public enthusiasm. However, the numerous complaints regarding the 2023 NCT Dream concert in Jakarta—particularly concerning service quality and ticket pricing—have raised concerns. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and ticket price on audience satisfaction. A quantitative approach was used, involving a survey distributed to 223 attendees of the concert. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that both service quality and ticket price significantly influence audience satisfaction. Service quality had the most dominant effect, with a t-statistic of 5.832, while ticket price also showed a significant influence with a t-statistic of 2.527. These findings highlight the importance of improving service delivery and applying appropriate pricing strategies to enhance audience satisfaction in the concert industry.
