Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang mempunyai keanekaragaman hayati yang tinggi di dunia. Keanekaragaman hayati meliputi dari kekayaan keanekaragaman jenis flora dan fauna. Salah satu kekayaan fauna di Indonesia yang memiliki daya tarik tinggi untuk objek penelitian adalah serangga khususnya Drosophila. Drosophila merupakan jenis lalat buah yang dapat ditemukan di buah-buahan busuk. Kebun Botani UPI merupakan salah satu kawasan yang digunakan sebagai laboratorium alami bagi mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Biologi FPMIPA UPI. Kebun Botani UPI juga ditumbuhi oleh banyak tanaman yang bisa mendukung keanekaragaman Drosophilla. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman Drosophilla Kebun Botani UPI Bandung. Data penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi untuk peningkatan kelestarian Drosophila dan gambaran tentang keanekaragaman Drosophila di Kebun Botani UPI. Sampel diambil dengan cara metode line transek. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat tiga spesies Drosophila yaitu Drosophila pallidosa, Drosophila melanogaster, dan Drosophila annanassae. Nilai kelimpahan Drosophila jantan terbesar adalah Drosophila pallidosa (38,27 %) sedangkan nilai kelimpahan Drosophila jantan terkecil adalah Drosophila melanogaster (25,9 %). Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa komposisi vegetasi di Kebun Botani mendukung nilai keanekaragaman Drosophila. Jumlah dari spesies Drosophila terhadap setiap buah pisang, nanas dan pepaya di dapatkan dari hasil penelitian, buah pisang lebih dapat memancing Drosophila dengan hasil 44,44% dibandingkan buah pepaya dengan hasil 32,10% dan buah nanas dengan hasil 23,46%. Kata kunci : Kebun Botani, Keanekaragaman, Kelimpahan, Drosophila pallidosa, Drosophila melanogaster, Drosophila annanassae Indonesia represent one of state having variety involve high in world. Variety involve to cover from properties of variety of type of flora and fauna. One of fauna properties in Indonesia owning high fascination for the object of research is insect specially Drosophila. Drosophila represent the fruitfly type which can be found in rotten fruits. Garden of Botany UPI represent one of area which is used as by a natural laboratory for Biological Education majors student of FPMIPA UPI. Garden of Botany UPI is also growed by a lot of crop which can support the variety Drosophilla. This Research aim to to know the variety of Drosophilla of Garden of Botany of UPI Bandung. this Research Data is also expected can give the information to the make-up of continuity of Drosophila and picture of about variety Drosophila in Garden of Botany UPI. Sampel taken by method of line transek. Result of research menunjukan of there are three species Drosophila that is Drosophila pallidosa, Drosophila melanogaster, and Drosophila annanassae. Assess the what overflows biggest masculine Drosophila is Drosophila pallidosa ( 38,27 %) while what overflows value smallest masculine Drosophila is Drosophila melanogaster ( 25,9 %). The mentioned prove that composition vegetasi in Botany Garden support the value of variety Drosophila. Sum up from species Drosophila to each every banana, pineapple and papaw in getting from research result, banana more can fish the Drosophila with the result 44,44% compared to by a papaw fruit with the result 32,10% and pineapple fruit with the result 23,46%.
