Abstract
Fenomena Korean Pop (K-Pop) telah menciptakan loyalitas penggemar yang luar biasa. Hal ini tercermin dari tingginya niat kunjungan kembali ke konser, sehingga penting untuk memahami mekanisme psikologis di balik perilaku konsumen ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh flow experience terhadap niat kunjungan kembali penonton konser Treasure dengan inspirasi penonton sebagai variabel moderasi dalam kerangka model SOR. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari 260 penggemar konser Treasure. Dalam kerangka SOR, stimulus (suasana, kesesuaian diri, antusiasme, kualitas penampilan, dan interaksi penonton) dianalisis pengaruhnya terhadap flow experience sebagai organisme. Niat berkunjung kembali diukur sebagai respons. Selain itu, inspirasi penonton dihipotesiskan sebagai moderator antara flow experience dan niat berkunjung kembali. Data dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa empat dari lima stimulus (suasana, kesesuaian diri, antusiasme, dan interaksi penonton) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap flow experience, sementara kualitas penampilan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Flow experience juga berdampak positif pada niat berkunjung kembali. Namun, peran moderasi inspirasi penonton pada hubungan antara flow experience dan niat berkunjung kembali tidak signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan flow experience sangat dipengaruhi lingkungan dan interaksi sosial sebagai pendorong utama niat kembali. Keterbatasan penelitian meliputi fokus pada satu grup K-Pop dan penggunaan data cross-sectional. The Korean Pop (K-Pop) phenomenon has created tremendous fan loyalty. This is reflected in high concert revisit intentions, making it important to understand the psychological mechanisms behind this consumer behavior. This study aims to analyze the effect of flow experience on Treasure concert-goers' revisit intentions with audience inspiration as a moderating variable within the framework of the SOR model. This study used data from 260 Treasure concert fans. Within the SOR framework, stimuli (atmosphere, self-congruity, enthusiasm, performance quality, and audience interaction) were analyzed for their influence on flow experience as an organism. Revisit intention was measured as the response. In addition, audience inspiration was hypothesized as a moderator between flow experience and revisit intention. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS with purposive sampling technique.The results of the analysis show that four of the five stimuli (atmosphere, self-congruity, enthusiasm, and audience interaction) have a significant effect on the flow experience, while performance quality has no significant effect. Flow experience also has a positive impact on revisit intention. However, the moderating role of audience inspiration on the relationship between flow experience and revisit intention was not significant. These findings indicate that flow experience is strongly influenced by environment and social interaction as the main drivers of return intentions. Limitations of the study include the focus on one K-Pop group and the use of cross-sectional data.
