    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Platform Support Center sebagai sistem pengarsipan dokumen dan lembar kerja, mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi, serta merumuskan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan arsip di Departemen Manajemen Talenta. Departemen Manajemen Talenta PT Bio Farma (Persero), yang memiliki peran strategis dalam mengelola data dan dokumen sumber daya manusia, sebelumnya menggunakan kombinasi arsip konvensional dan sistem digital berbasis sharing folder. Meskipun sistem ini memudahkan kolaborasi dibandingkan metode manual, terdapat sejumlah keterbatasan seperti tidak adanya standar penamaan dokumen, sulitnya penelusuran data, potensi duplikasi file, dan ketiadaan fitur pengendalian versi dokumen. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, departemen ini mengimplementasikan Platform Support Center berbasis Google Sites yang terintegrasi dengan Google Drive, Google Sheets, dan Google Forms. Platform ini berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai media penyimpanan arsip digital, tetapi juga sebagai lembar kerja kolaboratif yang dapat diakses secara mudah dari berbagai lokasi, sehingga mendukung fleksibilitas kerja di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Analisis dilakukan untuk menilai struktur penyimpanan dokumen, kemudahan akses, efektivitas kolaborasi, serta tingkat pemahaman pengguna terhadap sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Platform Support Center telah memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas arsip, mempersingkat waktu pencarian dokumen, dan memfasilitasi kerja kolaboratif. Namun, implementasi sistem ini masih menghadapi kendala teknis seperti keterbatasan pengaturan hak akses yang detail, kurangnya pengendalian versi dokumen, serta belum adanya standar baku penamaan file dan klasifikasi arsip. Kendala non-teknis yang ditemukan meliputi rendahnya pemahaman sebagian pengguna terhadap fitur platform serta kebiasaan kerja lama yang belum sepenuhnya beradaptasi dengan sistem digital. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan sejumlah langkah perbaikan, antara lain penerapan kebijakan digital yang tegas dan terstruktur, penyusunan standar penamaan dokumen dan sistem klasifikasi arsip, penyelenggaraan pelatihan berkala bagi pengguna, serta pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi rutin untuk memastikan pemanfaatan sistem secara optimal. Dengan penerapan langkah-langkah tersebut, diharapkan Platform Support Center dapat berfungsi secara maksimal sebagai sarana pengarsipan elektronik dan lembar kerja digital, mendukung transparansi, akurasi, dan kecepatan pengelolaan informasi di lingkungan PT Bio Farma (Persero). Kata Kunci: pengarsipan digital, manajemen dokumen, Platform Support Center, efisiensi kerja This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Support Center Platform as a document archiving system and worksheet, identify the obstacles encountered, and formulate strategic steps to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of archive management in the Talent Management Department. The Talent Management Department of PT Bio Farma (Persero), which plays a strategic role in managing human resources data and documents, previously used a combination of conventional archives and a digital system based on a sharing folder. Although this system facilitated collaboration compared to manual methods, it had several limitations such as the absence of standardized file naming, difficulties in data retrieval, potential file duplication, and the lack of detailed version control features. To address these issues, the department implemented the Support Center Platform based on Google Sites, integrated with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Forms. This platform functions not only as a digital archive storage medium but also as a collaborative worksheet accessible in real time from various locations, thereby supporting work flexibility in the digital era. This research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature review. The analysis was conducted to assess the document storage structure, ease of access, collaboration effectiveness, and user comprehension of the system. The results show that the use of the Support Center Platform has provided significant benefits in improving archive accessibility, shortening document search time, and facilitating collaborative work. However, the system's implementation still faces technical challenges such as limited detailed access control settings, lack of document version control, and the absence of standardized file naming and archive classification systems. Non-technical challenges include the limited understanding of some users regarding platform features and the persistence of previous work habits that have not fully adapted to the digital system. Based on these findings, this study recommends several improvement measures, including the implementation of firm and structured digital policies, the development of standardized file naming and classification systems, regular user training, and periodic monitoring and evaluation to ensure optimal system utilization. With these measures in place, the Support Center Platform is expected to function optimally as an electronic archiving and digital worksheet tool, supporting transparency, accuracy, and speed in information management within PT Bio Farma (Persero).
