Abstract
Setiap organisasi dan perusahaan akan selalu berusaha meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Kinerja sering menjadi masalah yang timbul pada kalangan karyawan. Permasalahan mengenai pencapaian kinerja yang belum optimal dialami oleh di Divisi Membership Yayasan Konservasi Alam Nusantara. Adapun strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja adalah dengan upaya meningkatkan employee engagement, kepuasan kerja karyawan dan dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel probabilitas menggunakan sampling berjumlah 110 responden melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan alat bantu software komputer program smartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee engagement karyawan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan secara positif dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasional, dan terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara positif dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasional. Every organization and company continuously strives to improve employee performance in order to achieve corporate goals. Performance often becomes a common issue among employees. In the Membership Division of the Yayasan Konservasi Alam Nusantara, there are challenges related to the suboptimal achievement of employee performance. One of the strategies to improve job performance involves enhancing employee engagement and job satisfaction, with organizational commitment acting as a mediating factor. The research method used is an explanatory survey, with a probability sampling technique involving 110 respondents through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique employed is Partial Least Squares (PLS) using SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The findings of this study indicate that employee engagement has an influence on job performance, job satisfaction affects job performance, employee engagement influences organizational commitment, job satisfaction affects organizational commitment, organizational commitment influences job performance, there is a positive effect of employee engagement on job performance, mediated by organizational commitment, there is also a positive effect of job satisfaction on job performance, mediated by organizational commitment.
