    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Waktu Aktif Belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran Self Regulated Learning (SRL) dalam permainan bola basket. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus dan melibatkan 30 siswa kelas XI di SMAN 4 Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah duration recording untuk mencatat durasi keterlibatan siswa selama pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan waktu aktif belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada siklus I, rata rata waktu aktif siswa mencapai 19,59%, dan meningkat menjadi 57,37% pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa model SRL efektif dalam mendorong siswa untuk lebih mandiri, terlibat aktif, dan bertanggung jawab selama proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, SRL dapat menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran dalam Pendidikan Jasmani, khususnya dalam permainan bola basket. This study aims to improve students' active learning time through the implementation of the Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) model in basketball games. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, conducted in two cycles, involving 30 eleventh-grade students at SMAN 4 Bandung. The instrument used was duration recording to track the length of student engagement during the learning process. The results showed an increase in students’ active learning time from the first to the second cycle. In the first cycle, the average active learning time was 19,59%, which increased to 57,37% in the second cycle. This improvement indicates that the SRL model is effective in encouraging students to be more independent, actively engaged, and responsible throughout the learning process. Therefore, SRL can be considered a viable alternative instructional strategy in Physical Education, particularly in basketball games.
