Abstract

Untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan persepsi tentang apresiasi guru dalam soal latihan mekanika teknik dengan motivasi belajar siswa, perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan dapat memberikan masukan bagi guru mekanika teknik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1). Mengetahui persepsi siswa tentang apresiasi guru dalam soal latihan mekanika teknik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Garut; 2). Mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran mekanika teknik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Garut; 3). Mengetahui hubungan persepsi siswa tentang apresiasi guru dalam soal latihan mekanika teknik dengan motivasi belajar siswa program studi Teknik Bangunan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Garut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Teknik Gambar Bangunan-1 dan X Teknik Gambar Bangunan-3 pada tahun akademik 2013/2014 sebanyak 49 orang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persepsi siswa tentang apresiasi guru dalam soal latihan mekanika teknik dengan kriteria baik, dan motivasi belajar siswa dengan kriteria cukup. Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi siswa tentang apresiasi guru dalam soal latihan mekanika teknik dengan motivasi belajar siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Garut.
To determine whether or not the relationship of perception of teacher appreciation in engineering mechanics exercises with students' motivation, research needs to be conducted with the aim to provide feedback for teachers of engineering mechanics. The purpose of this study is: 1). Knowing the students' perceptions of teacher appreciation in engineering mechanics exercises in Vocational High School 2 Garut; 2). Knowing the students' motivation in engineering mechanics subjects at Vocational High School 2 Garut; 3). Knowing the relationship of students 'perceptions about teacher appreciation in engineering mechanics exercises with students' motivation Expertise Building Engineering Vocational High School 2 Garut. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were students of class X-Building Engineering 1 and X- Building Engineering 3 in the 2013/2014 academic year as many as 49 people. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The results obtained by the research students 'perceptions of teacher appreciation in engineering mechanics exercises with both criteria, and students' motivation with sufficient criteria. There is a positive and significant relationship between students 'perceptions of teacher appreciation in engineering mechanics exercises with students' motivation Vocational High School 2 Garut.
