Abstract

Kota Cimahi memiliki permasalahan yang cukup kompleks dalam melakukan penataan ruang terutama bagi kawasan pemukiman. Tingginya permintaan terhadap lahan untuk tempat tinggal menyebabkan tingkat alih fungsi lahan pertanian semakin tinggi di kota ini dikarenakan ketersediaan lahannya yang terbatas. Tindakan alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi non pertanian tersebut mempengaruhi potensi lahan pertanian yang dialihfungsikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari alih fungsi lahan pertanian terhadap indeks potensi lahan di Kota Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksplorasi, dengan pendekatan keruangan. Analisis SIG digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi luas dan sebaran alih fungsi lahan dan menganalisis tingkat indeks potensi lahan pada lahan yang ada di Kota Cimahi secara temporal. Adapun analisis statistik berupa analisis regresi linear untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel x terhadap variabel y dalam penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga daerah dengan tingkat alih fungsi lahan rendah, sedang dan tinggi di Kota Cimahi yang antara lain adalah Kelurahan Padasuka, Kelurahan Citeureup dan Kelurahan Cipageran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perubahan tingkat indeks potensi lahan pada lahan pertanian yang dialihfungsikan. Masing-masing sebesar 56,3% di Kelurahan Cipageran, 61,2% di Kelurahan Citeureup dan 73% di Kelurahan Padasuka. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi linier menunjukkan adanya pengaruh alih fungsi lahan terhadap indeks potensi di mana setiap perubahan penggunaan lahan sebesar 1% maka indeks potensi lahannya berubah sebesar 1,027 Ha.

Cimahi City has quite complex problems in spatial planning, especially for residential areas. The high demand for land for residence causes the level of conversion of agricultural land to be higher in this city due to the limited availability of land. The act of converting agricultural land to non-agricultural use affects the potential for agricultural land to be converted. This study aims to analyze the impact of agricultural land conversion on the land potential index in Cimahi City. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method, with a spatial approach. GIS analysis is used to identify the area and distribution of land use change and to analyze the level of land potential index on existing land in Cimahi City temporally. The statistical analysis is in the form of linear regression analysis to find out how much influence the x variable has on the y variable in this study. The samples in this study were three areas with low, medium and high levels of land conversion in Cimahi City, which included Padasuka Village, Citeureup Village and Cipageran Village. The results showed that there was a change in the level of land potential index on converted agricultural land. Each of them was 56.3% in Cipageran Village, 61.2% in Citeureup Village and 73% in Padasuka Village. Based on the linear regression equation, it shows that there is an effect of land use change on the potential index where every change in land use is 1%, the land potential index changes by 1.027 Ha.
