Abstract
Abstrak :Penelitianinidilatarbelakangiolehanak yang dinikahkanpadausiadinikarenakemiskinan. Denganobyekpenelitianyaituanak yang melakukanpernikahanusiadini, orangtua yang menikahkananaknyapadausiadini, KepalaDesaWanakerta, danKepala Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Cibatu, penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuifenomenapernikahanusiadinidalamkontekshimpitanekonomidansecarakhususbertujuanuntukmengetahui (1) himpitanekonomisepertiapa yang mendoronganakdinikahkanpadausiadini; (2) implikasi yang dirasakan di dalamkehidupananak yang menikahpadausiadini; (3) upayaapa yang dilakukanpihakKepalaDesaWanakertadan Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Cibatuuntukmeminmimalisirpernikahanusiadini. Pendekatan yang digunakanadalahpendekatankualitatifdenganmetodestudikasus.Adapunteknikpengumpulan data yang digunakanadalahobservasi, wawancaradanstudidokumentasi.Berdasarkanhasilpenelitiandapatdiketahuibahwahimpitanekonomi yang mendoronganakdinikahkanpadausiadinikarenaorangtuasudahtidakbisamemberikankebutuhanpokokanaknya, implikasi yang dirasakananaklebihbanyakdampaknegatifdibandingkanpositif. Upaya yang dilakukanpihakDesasalahsatunyapemberdayaanmasyarakatmiskindenganmeningkatkanpotensi yang adadalamdirimasyarakatdanpihak Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) untukmeminimalisirpernikahanusiadiniinisalahsatunyadengansosialisasimengenaiUndang-Undangperkawinankepadamasyarakat. Adapun saran darihasilpenelitiantersebutditujukankepadaorangtuadarianak yang menikahpadausiadini, KepalaDesaWanakerta, Ketua Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Cibatudanpenelitiselanjutnya. Kata Kunci :fenomena, pernikahanusiadini, himpitanekonomi poverty. Objects of the research are children who get married on early age, parents who permitted the children get married on early age, the head of Wanakerta village, and the head office of religious affairs Cibatu, the purpose of this research is to know about the phenomenon of early marriage in the context of economic coincide and especially to know (1) what kind of economic coincide that push children to get married on the early age; (2) the implication that feel on the life by the children who have early marriage; (3) what kind of efforts that do by the head of Wanakerta village, and the head office of religious affairs Cibatu to minimize an early marriage. The phenomenological that used in this research is qualitative by case study method. The techniques that used is collecting data observation, interview, and study of documentation. Based on the result of the research, economic coincide that push children to get early marriage because parents can not fulfilled the main needed of the children, the children get more negative implication than positive implication. The efforts that doing by the village side are empowerment of the poor by increasing the potential that exists within society and the head office of religious affairs side to minimize an early marriage by socializing about the marriage of law to the society. Suggestion of the result of the research given to the parents who have children that marriage on early age, Head of Wanakerta Village, and head office of religious affairs Cibatu and the next researcher.
