Abstract
Wisata kuliner merupakan sebagai wisata yang meberikan banyak fasilitas pelayanan dan juga aktivitas kuliner yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan. Wisata kuliner merupakan komponen yang penting pada industri pariwisata, dan juga dapat memberikan pengalaman bagi para wisatawan yang berkunjung. Lengkong Kecil Kota Bandung merupakan salah satu wisata kuliner yang banyak dinikmati oleh banyak wisatawan dari dalam kota sampai luar kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengertahui pola perjalan untuk mengetahui tata letak tentant di Kawasan Lengkong Kecil Kota Bandung yang tepat agar wisatawan banyak mengetahui wisata kuline gastronomi lokal di daerah tersebut. Metode peneltian ini adalah penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan juga dokumentasi sehingga dilakukan Tindakan lebih lanjut untuk mengelola data tersebut sebagai hasil penelitian. Culinary tourism is a tour that provides many service facilities and also culinary activities that can meet the needs of tourists. Culinary tourism is an important component of the tourism industry, and can also provide experiences for visiting tourists. Lengkong Kecil, the city of Bandung, is a culinary tour that is enjoyed by manytourists from within the city to outside the city. This study aims to find out the pattern oftravel to find out the right layout of the tentant in the Lengkong Kecil area of Bandung City so that tourists know a lot about local gastronomic culinary tourism in the area.This research method is a research that uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Toobtain the necessary data, this research was conducted using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation so that further action was taken to manage the data as a result of the research.
