Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan intruksional kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan di SMA Muhammadiyah se-Kabupaten Garut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian survey diolah memakai aplikasi SPSS 25. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 62 responden guru menggunakan kuisioner sebagai intrumen pengumpulan data dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan informasi. Temuan penelitiannya adalah 1). variabel Kepemipmpinan Intruksional kepala sekolah memperoleh skor 3.34 yang berada pada kategori tinggi. 2). Kinerja guru memperoleh skor 3.27 yang berada pada kategori tinggi. 3). Mutu layanan pendidikan memperoleh skor 3.30 yang berada pada kategori tinggi 4). Kepemimpinan intruksional kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan sebesar 33,5% berada pada kategori rendah dengan nilai rhitung 0,004 dan sig 0,004 < 0,05 serta nilai t hitung 3.021 > t table 2,001. 5). Kinerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan sebesar 68,3% berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rhitung 0,000 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 5.082 > t table 2,001. 6), Kepemimpinan intruksional kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan sebesar 73,3% berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Sig. 34,237 > 3,150. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan intruksional kepala sekolah terhadap mutu layanan, kinerja guru terhadap mutu layanan, dan kepemimpinan intruksional kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Intruksional, Kinerja Guru Dan Mutu Layanan Pendidikan. This research aims to determine the influence of the principal's instructional leadership and teacher performance on the quality of educational services in Muhammadiyah High Schools throughout Garut Regency. The method used is a quantitative method using survey research which is processed using the SPSS 25 application. The principal's Instructional Leadership variable obtained a score of 3.34 which is in the high category. 2). The teacher's performance obtained a score of 3.27 which is in the high category. 3). The quality of educational services received a score of 3.30 which is in the high category 4). The principal's instructional leadership has a positive effect on the quality of educational services by 33.5%, which is in the low category with an rcount of 0.004 and a sig of 0.004 < 0.05 and a tcount of 3.021 > ttable 2.001. 5). Teacher performance has a positive effect on the quality of educational services by 68.3%, which is in the high category with an r value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t value of 5.082 > t table 2.001. 6), The principal's instructional leadership and teacher performance have a positive effect on the quality of educational services by 73.3%, which is in the high category with a value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a value of Sig. 34,237 > 3,150. The results of this research conclude that there is a positive and significant influence between the principal's instructional leadership on service quality, teacher performance on service quality, and the principal's instructional leadership and teacher performance on educational service quality.
