Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada perlunya evaluasi untuk instrumen tes psikologi Intelligenz-Struktur-Test Versi 2005 yang dimiliki oleh Laboratorium Bimbingan dan Konseling, sebab instrumen tes psikologi haruslah akurat dari sisi properti psikometri yang terdiri dari validitas, reliabilitas, dan norma baru untuk IST-2005. Penelitian ini berfokus pada subtes wourtauswahl (WA) yang mengukur kemampuan berfikir induktif. Penelitian ini mengambil kuota sampel yang dimiliki oleh Laboratorium Bimbingan dan Konseling yang berjumlah 22.654 peserta tes yang berasal dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan di Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan ex post facto. Perhitungan menggunakan evaluasi meggunakan teori klasik untuk subtes WA dengan mengguji tingkat kesukaran, daya beda, validitas, reliabilitas, dan norma baru subtes WA IST-2005. Hasil dari perhitungan menunjukan bahwa tingkat kesukaran subtes WA teramasuk ke dalam sedang dan sukar, daya pembeda untuk beberapa butir soal masih memerlukan perbaikan, dan terdapat distraktor yang perlu diperbaiki. Hasil validitas konstruk dan validitas diskriminan termasuk kategori rendah. Hasil reliabilitas sebesar 0.728 termasuk kategori baik. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan norma baru untuk subtes WA IST-2005.

This research is based on the need for evaluation of the 2005 version of the Intelligenz-Structure-Test psychological test instrument owned by the Guidance and Counseling Laboratory, because psychological test instruments must be accurate in terms of psychometric properties consisting of validity, reliability, and new norms for IST-2005. This study focuses on the wourtauswahl (WA) subtest which measures inductive thinking ability. This study took the sample quota owned by the Guidance and Counseling Laboratory which amounted to 22,654 test takers from various levels of education in West Java. The research method uses ex post facto. Calculations using classical theory evaluation for the WA subtests by testing the level of difficulty, differentiation, validity, reliability, and new norms of the IST-2005 WA subtests. The results of the calculation show that the level of difficulty of the WA subtest is included in the medium and difficult, the differentiating power for some items still requires improvement, and there are distractors that need to be corrected. The results of construct validity and discriminant validity are in the low category. Reliability results 0.728 are in the good category. In this study, new norms for the WA IST-2005 subtests were obtained.
