    Abstract

    Fokus penelitian ini adalah tentang bagaimana Turnover Intention karyawan pada
    unit kerja Global Islamic Boarding School (GIBS) di Yayasan Hasnur Centre. Turnover
    intention merupakan kecenderungan atau niat karyawan untuk berhenti bekerja dari
    pekerjaannya secara sukarela atau pindah dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain menurut
    pilihannya sendiri. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi TurnoverIntention, namun
    pada penelitian ini akan terfokus pada Kepuasan Kerja (X1), dan Stres Kerja (X2).
    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai Kepuasan
    Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Turnover Intention pada unit kerja Global Islamic Boarding School
    (GIBS) di Yayasan Hasnur Centre serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja
    terhadap Turnover Intention, pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention, serta
    pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada unit kerja
    Global Islamic Boarding School (GIBS) di Yayasan Hasnur Centre.
    Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan
    populasi sebanyak 136 karyawan unit kerja Global Islamic Boarding School (GIBS) di
    Yayasan Hasnur Centre dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 64 responden. Teknik analisis data
    yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment, dan regresi linier
    berganda,. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-F dan uji-t.
    Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja secara
    bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan.
    Secara parsial, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap turnover
    intention. Dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

    The focus of this research is on how the Turnover Intention of employees in the
    Global Islamic Boarding School (GIBS) work unit at the Hasnur Centre Foundation.
    Turnover intention is the tendency or intention of an employee to quit his job voluntarily or
    move from one place to another according to his own choice. There are several factors that
    affect Turnover Intention, but this study will focus on Job Satisfaction (X1), and Work Stress
    (X2).
    The purpose of this study is to find out the overview of Job Satisfaction, Work Stress and Turnover Intention in the work unit of the Global Islamic Boarding School (GIBS) at the Hasnur Centre Foundation as well as to find out the effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention, the effect of Work Stress on Turnover Intention, and the effect of Job Satisfaction and Work Stress on Turnover Intention in the work unit of the Global Islamic Boarding School (GIBS) at the Hasnur Centre Foundation.
    The research method used was a descriptive and verifiable method with a
    population of 136 employees of the Global Islamic Boarding School (GIBS) work unit at the Hasnur Centre Foundation and a sample of 64 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are pearson product moment correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses F-test and t-test.The results of this study can be seen that job satisfaction and work stress together have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Partially, job satisfaction had a negative effect on turnover intention. And work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.
