Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak tingkat hunian kamar
hotel terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan sektor perhotelan di Indonesia
pada masa pra pandemi, pandemi, dan pasca pandemi. Desain penelitian
menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data
yang digunakan berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan perhotelan yang terdaftar
di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk tahun 2019, 2021, dan 2023. Financial distress
diukur dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score. Pengujian hipotesis
dilakukan dengan menggunakan one-way ANOVA dan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan program SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa (1) tingkat hunian kamar hotel berpengaruh terhadap financial distress
perusahaan sektor perhotelan di Indonesia; (2) tidak terdapat perbedaan yang
signifikan tingkat hunian kamar hotel pada perusahaan sektor perhotelan yang
terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebelum, saat, dan setelah pandemi; dan (3) tidak
terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan financial distress perusahaan sektor perhotelan
yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebelum, saat, dan setelah pandemi. ;
This study aims to determine the impact of hotel room occupancy rates on
financial distress in hotel sector companies in Indonesia during the pre-pandemic,
pandemic, and post-pandemic periods. The research design uses descriptive and
verificative methods with a quantitative approach. The data used comes from the
financial reports of hotel companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the
years 2019, 2021, and 2023. Financial distress is measured using the Altman Z-Score method. Hypothesis testing is conducted using one-way ANOVA and simple
linear regression analysis with SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the study indicate
that (1) hotel room occupancy rates affect the financial distress of hotel sector
companies in Indonesia; (2) there are no significant differences in hotel room
occupancy rates of hotel sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
before, during, and after the pandemic; and (3) there are no significant differences
in the financial distress of hotel sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange before, during, and after the pandemic.
