    Abstract

    Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gambaran tingkat antropometri dan kondisi fisik pada atlet pelatda PON Jawa Barat cabang olahraga pencak silat kategori tanding. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil analisa pengukuran antropometri dan tes kondisi fisik atlet pencak silat pelatda PON Jawa Barat Kategori Tanding. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan atlet pencak silat yang ikut serta dalam kejuaraan PON Jawa Barat tahun 2024. Sampel berjumlah 10 yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen tes yang digunakan untuk mengukur antropometri adalah Omron HBF 375 Karada Scan Body Composition Monitor dan untuk tes kondisi fisik adalah sit and reach, trunk lift, stork stand test, whole body reaction, side step test, vertical jump, chest medicine ball, hurdle jump, core stability test dan bleep test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Uji Normalitas dan Uji Homogenitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat antropometri atlet rata-rata berada pada tingkat “Normal” dan rata-rata kondisi fisik atlet berada pada kondisi “Baik”.
    This research discusses the description of the anthropometric level and physical condition of West Java PON regional athletes in the pencak silat sport category in the fighting category. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the results of analysis of anthropometric measurements and physical condition tests of pencak silat athletes at the West Java National National Sports Week in the Competition Category. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used was pencak silat athletes taking part in the 2024 West Java PON championship. A sample of 10 was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The test instrument used to measure anthropometry is the Omron HBF 375 Karada Scan Body Composition Monitor and for physical condition tests it is sit and reach, trunk lift, stork stand test, whole body reaction, side step test, vertical jump, chest medicine ball, hurdle jump , core stability test and bleep test. The data analysis techniques used are the Normality Test and Homogeneity Test. The results of this study show that the average athlete's anthropometric level is at the "Normal" level and the average athlete's physical condition is at "Good" condition.
