    Abstract

    Kepribadian individu berperan penting dalam menentukan kerentanan terhadap kelelahan kerja (burnout). Sementara itu, burnout disebut sebagai salah satu dampak dari adanya workplace bullying. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tipe kepribadian (extrovert dan introvert) terhadap burnout dengan workplace bullying sebagai variabel moderator pada perawat di Jawa Barat. Responden berjumlah 346 orang merupakan perawat di Jawa Barat yang dipilih menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara online dan offline dengan menggunakan Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Abbreviated Version (EPQR-A) untuk mengklasifikasikan tipe kepribadian responden, Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (MBI-HSS) untuk mengukur tingkatan burnout responden, dan Negative Acts Quistionnaire Revised (NAQ-R) untuk mengukur tingkatan workplace bullying yang diterima responden. Analisis regresi moderasi dilakukan menggunakan PROCESS Hayes. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa workplace bullying tidak memoderasi pengaruh tipe kepribadian terhadap burnout (B = 0,010, p = 0,728, R² = 0,440). Sementara itu, ditemukan bahwa workplace bullying memediasi secara parsial hubungan keduanya.

    Individual personality plays an important role in determining vulnerability to work fatigue (burnout). Meanwhile, burnout is referred to as one of the impacts of workplace bullying. This study aims to determine the effect of personality type (extrovert and introvert) on burnout with workplace bullying as a moderator variable in nurses in West Java. Respondents totaling 346 people were nurses in West Java who were selected using nonprobability sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out online and offline using the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Abbreviated Version (EPQR-A) to classify the respondent's personality type, the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (MBI-HSS) to measure the level of respondent burnout, and the Negative Acts Questionnaire Revised (NAQ-R) to measure the level of workplace bullying received by respondents. Moderation regression analysis was performed using PROCESS Hayes. The results of this study indicate that workplace bullying does not moderate the effect of personality type on burnout (B = 0.010, p = 0.728, R² = 0.440). Meanwhile, it was found that workplace bullying partially mediates the relationship between the two.
