Abstract

Kota Cirebon terletak di Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Kota ini terletak di pesisir utara Pulau Jawa, menghubungkan Jakarta dan Surabaya, menjadikannya perbatasan antara utara dan Jawa Tengah. Sehingga, Cirebon menjadi salah satu wisata yang menarik bagi wisatawan. Tradisi Nadran adalah acara tahunan yang dilakukan oleh warga Cirebon dan menjadi bagian dari objek wisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi Tradisi Nadran di Kota Cirebon yang menjadi daya tarik untuk pengembangan gastronomi kreatif. Tinjauan dilakukan dengan gastronomi kreatif, peran stakeholder "nona helix", dan ekonomi kreatif Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Salah satu peluang sektor ekonomi kreatif di Kota Cirebon adalah Tradisi Nadran, yang memiliki daya tarik pada pariwisata, kuliner, dan tradisi, dan yang melalui pelaksanaannya akan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam jangka panjang. Makanan tradisional yang dijual termasuk empal gentong, docang, dan tahu gejrot. Tradisi ini dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan dikombinasikan dengan inovasi desain pemasaran untuk mengemas Tradisi Nadran dengan cara yang menarik untuk menarik partisipan untuk mencapai tujuannya. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Tradisi Nadran, Daya Tarik, Gastronomi Kreatif, Ekonomi Kreatif, Kota Cirebon. The city of Cirebon is located in West Java Province, Indonesia. This city is located on the northern coast of Java Island, connecting Jakarta and Surabaya, making it a border between the north and Central Java. Thus, Cirebon has become one of the attractive tourist destinations for travelers. The Nadran tradition is an annual event held by the people of Cirebon and has become part of the tourist attractions. The aim of this research is to identify the Nadran Tradition in the city of Cirebon, which serves as an attraction for the development of creative gastronomy. The review was conducted with creative gastronomy, the role of stakeholders "nona helix," and the creative economy of Cirebon City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The research data consists of: in- depth interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. One of the opportunities in the creative economy sector in Cirebon City is the Nadran Tradition, which has appeal in tourism, culinary, and tradition, and through its implementation will encourage long-term economic growth. The traditional foods sold include empal gentong, docang, and tahu gejrot. This tradition is carried out continuously and combined with innovative marketing design to package the Nadran Tradition in an appealing way to attract participants in order to achieve its goals.
