Abstract
ABSTRAK PENGARUH KESESUAIAN HARGA DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN WISATAWAN DI THE LODGE MARIBAYA Oleh: Bintang Reggyna Vinkan 2004322 The Lodge Maribaya merupakan salah satu pelopor wisata alam buatan di Jawa Barat. Namun masih terdapat keluhan pengunjung terkait dengan harga dan kualitas pelayanan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistik versi 25. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner dengan sampel penelitian yang didapatkan dari populasi pengunjung dengan kriteria reponden pernah berkunjung ke The Lodge Maribaya, sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 200 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Kepuasan pengunjung dapat ditingkatkan dengan memperhatikan kualitas fasilitas utama, penunjang dan pendukung dengan mengadakan pemantauan dan pemeliharaan di The Lodge Maribaya. Kata kunci: Pariwisata, Kesesuaian Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Wisatawan, The Lodge Maribaya ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF PRICE SUITABILITY AND SERVICE QUALITY ON TOURIST SATISFACTION AT THE LODGE MARIBAYA By: Bintang Reggyna Vinkan 2004322 The Lodge Maribaya is one of the pioneers of artificial natural tourism in West Java. However, there are still complaints from visitors regarding the price and quality of existing services. This research aims to analyze the influence of price and service quality on tourist satisfaction. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 software. Data collection uses a questionnaire distribution method with research samples obtained from the visitor population with the criteria that the respondent has visited The Lodge Maribaya, so that the sample used was 200 respondents. The results of this study show that price has a positive effect on tourist satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on tourist satisfaction, price and service quality simultaneously have a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction. Visitor satisfaction can be increased by paying attention to the quality of the main, supporting and ancillary facilities by carrying out monitoring and maintenance at The Lodge Maribaya.
