Abstract

Industri otomotif di Indonesia menjadi salah satu Industri prioritas pemerintah Indonesia pada sektor non migas, karena dianggap memiliki potensi masa depan yang gemilang, namun realitasnya masih bermasalah, yaitu terjadi fluktuasi kinerja industri otomotif sehingga mempengaruhi stabilitas dan keberlangsungan industri otomotif di Indonesia. Merujuk pada teori perilaku organisasi dengan model S-O-B-C (Stimulus, Organism, Behavior, Consequences) dari Luthan, bahwa digital leadership, kompetensi, komitmen organisasi dan learning agility adalah perilaku yang berorientasi pada consequensces yaitu peningkatan kinerja organisasi. Secara khusus, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh digital leadership dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi komitmen organisasi dan learning agility. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh antar variabel. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur dengan alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner. Pengujian variabel yang diamati dan variabel prediksi menggunakan model partial least square (PLS) Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan learning agility memediasi secara serial pengaruh digital leadership dan pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja organisasi, hal ini dapat dimaknai bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja industri otomotif didukung oleh digital leadership yang tinggi, SDM yang kompeten, komitmen kuat serta memiliki learning agility terhadap organisasinya. The automotive industry in Indonesia is one of the priority industries of the Indonesia government in the non-oil and gas sector, because it is considered to have the potential for a brilliant future, but the reality is still problematic, namely fluctuations in the performance of the automotive industry so that it affects the stability and sustainability of the automotive industry in Indonesia. Referring to the theory of organizational behavior with the S-O-B-C (Stimulus, Organism, Behavior, Consequences) model from Luthan, digital leadership, competence, organizational commitment and learning agility are behaviors oriented towards consequensces, namely improving organizational performance. In particular, the purpose of this study is to examine the influence of digital leadership and competence on organizational performance mediated by organizational commitment and learning agility. A quantitative approach is used to measure the influence between variables. The method used is path analysis with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. Testing of observed variables and prediction variables using the partial least square (PLS) Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) model. The results of the study show that organizational commitment and learning agility mediate serially the influence of digital leadership and the influence of competence on organizational performance, this can be interpreted that to improve the performance of the automotive industry supported by high digital leadership, competent human resources, strong commitment and having learning agility towards the organization.
