    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui kegiatan pemanfaatan limbah plastik dan kain perca. Tujuannya untuk menjelaskan tahapan kegiatan pemanfaatan limbah plastic dan perca terhadap pengembangan kemandirian anak serta dampak kegiatan pemanfaatan limbah plastik dan kain perca terhadap pengembangan kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islam Amanah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kegiatan pemanfaatan limbah berdampak terhadap kemandirian anak dengan indikator, anak mampu mengungkapkan perasaannya, dapat berempati, mampu bekerja sama, mampu mengerjakan tugas sehari-hari, dapat menyatakan pendapat, dan yakin dengan diri sendiri. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu menjelaskan dan mengetahui dampak kegiatan pemanfaatan limbah plastik dan kain perca terhadap kemandirian anak. Penelitian ini juga sebagai evaluasi mengenai perkembangan kemandirian pada anak.

    This research focuses on developing the independence of children aged 5-6 years through activities utilizing plastic waste and rags. The aim is to explain the stages of activities for using plastic waste and rags on the development of children's independence as well as the impact of activities for using plastic waste and rags on the development of independence for children aged 5-6 years at the Amanah Islamic Kindergarten. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Waste utilization activities have an impact on children's independence with indicators, children are able to express their feelings, can empathize, are able to work together, are able to carry out daily tasks, can express opinions, and are confident in themselves. It is hoped that this research can help explain and determine the impact of plastic and rag waste utilization activities on children's independence. This research is also an evaluation of the development of independence in children.
