Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh eco-efficiency, carbon
emission disclosure, dan green intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan pada
perusahaan indsutri dasar dan kimia periode 2021-2022. Desain penelitian ini
adalah penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor
industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan
jumlah 74 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh 55 perusahaan sebagai
sampel penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian
kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan menggunakan analaisis regresi
data panel dengan metode Random Effect Model (REM) menggunakan alat bantuan
software Eviews 12. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa eco-effieciency
tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Carbon emission disclosure
berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dan green intellectual capital
berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
This study aims to determine the influence of eco-efficiency, carbon
emission disclosure, and green intellectual capital on company value in basic and
chemical industry companies for the 2021-2022 period. The design of this study is
a causality research. The population in this study is companies in the basic industry
and chemical sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a total of
74 companies. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling
and 55 companies were obtained as research samples. The research method used is
a quantitative research method with descriptive statistical analysis and using panel
data regression analysis with the Random Effect Model (REM) method using the
Eviews 12 software aid. The results of this study show that eco-efficacy has no effect
on the company's value. Carbon emission disclosure has a positive effect on the
company's value. And green intellectual capital has a positive effect on the
company's value.
