Abstract

Permasalahan inti yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah lemahnya organizational citizenship behavior di Divisi Manajemen Operasi Kantor Pusat PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran budaya perusahaan dan gambaran organizational citizenship behavior, serta mengukur pengaruh budaya perusahaan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di Divisi Manajemen Operasi Kantor Pusat PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif-verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket yang diperoleh dari seluruh karyawan divisi manajemen operasi kantor pusat PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil pengujian statistik menunjukkan budaya perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Nilai koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh menunjukkan korelasi yang kuat antara budaya perusahaan dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Saran yang diajukan (bagi perusahaan)pada penelitian ini ialah pertama perusahan harus dapat membangun suasana kerja yang kompetitif, yaitu dengan pemberian imbalan yang pantas untuk karyawan yang melakukan tugas dengan baik dan tepat waktu dalam penyelesaiannya, serta pemberian sanksi yang tegas terhadap karyawan yang tidak melakukan pekerjaan secara sungguh-sungguh. Kedua, karyawan harus meningkatkan perasaan memiliki (sense of belonging), hal ini dapat dibangun dalam budaya perusahaan yang positif. The core issue that is examined in this research is the lack of organizational citizenship behavior in The OfficeOf Operations Management Division Center at PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung.This research aims to provide an overview of the corporate culture and organizational citizenship behavior, and also measure the influence of corporate culture on organizational citizenship behavior in The OfficeOf Operations Management Division Center at PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. The methods used in this research are descriptive and verificative methods. The data were collected by using questionairres obtained from all employees of the office of operations management division center at PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung as many as 35 people. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis. The result of statistical tests showed that the corporate culture has a positive influence on the organizational citizenship behavior. The correlation coefficient values obtained indicate that there is a strong correlation between corporate culture andthe organizational citizenship behavior. This study suggests that, firsta company has to be able to build a competitive work environment, with appropriate rewards for employees who perform tasks well and on time at their disposal, as well as strict sanctions against employees who do not do the job seriously . The second one is, the employee must improve the sense of belonging, that can be constructed in a positive corporate culture.
