Abstract
Kota Bandung sebagai ibukota Provinsi Jawa Barat memiliki pertumbuhan penduduk yang pesat, hal tersebut menimbulkan potensi kerusakan lingkungan dari permasalahan sampah karena tingginya produksi sampah di Kota Bandung. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan sampah, pemerintah Kota Bandung meluncurkan program Kang Pisman dengan tujuan untuk membiasakan masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah dan mengurangi jumlah sampah yang dikirim ke Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA), salah satu caranya adalah dengan adanya bank sampah yang berada dekat tempat tinggal masyarakat. Di Kota Bandung setidaknya sudah tersebar banyak bank sampah di berbagai kecamatan, kelurahan, sekolah hingga instansi dan perkantoran, termasuk di Kecamatan Antapani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jarak, aksesibilitas dan kebersihan bank sampah terhadap sikap masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis skala likert dan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, jarak bank sampah terhadap sikap masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat rendah, yaitu sebesar 17,1%, aksesibilitas menunjukkan pengaruh yang rendah, yaitu sebesar 22,5% dan kebersihan bank sampah menunjukkan pengaruh yang cukup tinggi, yaitu sebesar 48,9%. Adapun pengaruh jarak, aksesibilitas dan kebersihan bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh sebesar 88,9% terhadap sikap masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah. Sedangkan sebesar 11,1% merupakan pengaruh dari faktor lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini. The city of Bandung as the capital of West Java Province has a rapid population growth, this raises the potential for environmental damage from waste problems due to the high waste production in the city of Bandung. In overcoming the waste problem, the Bandung City government launched the Kang Pisman program with the aim of familiarizing the community with waste management and reducing the amount of waste sent to final disposal sites, one of the ways is by having a waste bank near the community's residence. In the city of Bandung, at least, there are many waste banks scattered in various sub-districts, sub-districts, schools to agencies and offices, including in Antapani District. This study aims to analyze the effect of distance, accessibility and cleanliness of the waste bank on the attitude of the community in managing waste. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is Likert scale analysis and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, the distance between the waste bank and the attitude of the community in managing waste shows a very low effect, namely 17.1%, accessibility shows a low effect, namely 22.5% and the cleanliness of the waste bank shows a fairly high effect, namely 48.9%. The influence of distance, accessibility and cleanliness together has an influence of 88.9% on people's attitudes in managing waste. Meanwhile, 11.1% is the influence of other factors not observed in this study.
