Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk yang pesat dan masih rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat menyebabkan terjadinya ketidakberdayaan dan kemiskinan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, pemerintah Indonesia meluncurkan Program Family Development Session (FDS). FDS adalah pemberdayaan untuk merubah pola pikir masyarakat menjadi lebih mandiri dan menjadi wadah dalam meningkatkan modal sosial pesertanya sehingga dapat berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas hidup menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat penerima PKH terhadap pemberdayaan program family development session di BTN Kartini, mengetahui gambaran modal sosial masyarakat penerima PKH di BTN Kartini, dan mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan program family development sessions terhadap peningkatan modal sosial masyarakat penerima PKH di BTN Kartini. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 20 penerima manfaat PKH. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu melakukan kategorisasi data, uji normalitas, uji koefisien korelasi, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji determinasi, dan uji signifikansi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) persepsi masyarakat penerima manfaat PKH mengenai pemberdayaan family development session termasuk kedalam kategori sedang. 2) gambaran modal sosial masyarakat penerima manfaat PKH juga termasuk kedalam kategori sedang. 3) Pemberdayaan family development session berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan modal sosial masyarakat penerima manfaat PKH. Rapid population growth and the low quality of human resources can lead to helplessness and poverty. To overcome this problem, the Indonesian government launched the Family Development Session (FDS) Program. FDS is empowerment to change people's mindset to become more independent and become a forum for increasing the social capital of its participants so that it can have an impact on improving the quality of life for the better. This research aims to determine the perception of the PKH recipient community regarding the empowerment of the family development session program at BTN Kartini, to understand the description of the social capital of the PKH recipient community at BTN Kartini, and to determine the effect of the empowerment of the family development sessions program on increasing the social capital of the PKH recipient community at BTN Kartini. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The sample in this study consisted of 20 PKH beneficiaries. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of several stages, namely data categorization, normality test, correlation coefficient test, simple linear regression test, determination test, and significance test. The results of this research show that 1) the perception of the PKH beneficiary community regarding the empowerment of family development sessions is included in the medium category. 2) the description of the social capital of the PKH beneficiary community is also included in the medium category. 3) Empowering family development sessions have a significant effect on increasing the social capital of PKH beneficiary communities.
