Abstract
ABSTRAK PENGARUH SARANA PRASARANA DAN TATA RUANG KANTOR TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PENGELOLAAN ARSIP DI DINAS PERPUSTAKAAN DAN KEARSIPAN KOTA BANDUNG Oleh: Dwi Fauzan 1907872 Dibimbing oleh: Prof. Dr. H. Edi Suryadi, M.Si. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu belum optimalnya efektivitas kerja pegawai pengelolaan arsip di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sarana prasarana dan tata ruang kantor terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pengelolaan arsip di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode survei, dengan menggunakan angket sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dan disebarkan kepada 30 responden yang merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sarana prasarana dan tata ruang kantor memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa menjaga dan melakukan pembaharuan sarana prasarana dan tata ruang kantor, maka akan meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai. Dengan demikian, sarana prasarana dan tata ruang kantor memberikan peranan penting terhadap efektivitas kerja. Kata kunci: Sarana Prasarana, Tata Ruang Kantor, Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND OFFICE SPATIAL PLAN ON THE WORK EFFECTIVENESS OF ARCHIVES MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES IN THE LIBRARY AND ARCHIVES DEPARTMENT OF BANDUNG CITY By: Dwi Fauzan 1907872 This thesis is guided by: Prof. Dr. H. Edi Suryadi, M.Si. The problem studied in this research is that the work effectiveness of archive management employees at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service is not yet optimal. This research aims to determine the influence of infrastructure and office layout on the work effectiveness of archive management employees at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service. Based on these problems, the researcher used a survey method, using a questionnaire as a data collection technique and distributed it to 30 respondents who were the population in this study. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that office infrastructure and layout have a positive and significant influence on work effectiveness. This shows that maintaining and updating office infrastructure and layout will increase employee work effectiveness. Thus, office infrastructure and layout play an important role in work effectiveness. Keywords: Infrastructure, Office Layout, Employee Work Effectiveness
