Abstract
Mohammad Fauzi Akbar (1900567) Profil School Well Being Siswa
SMK dan Implikasi bagi Program Bimbingan dan Konseling.
School Well Being dapat mempengaruhi prilaku siswa maka hal ini perlu
dikenali lebih jelas pada siswa yang masih remaja dimasa peralihannya. School
Well Being bisa mempengaruhi sikap dan motivasi dari siswa ini tidak terlepas
bahwa perasaan siswa menjadi sensitif pada masa ini. Tujuan dari peneliti untuk
melihat dan mendeskripsikan profil dari siswa smk yang memiliki kepuasan dalam
school well being kelas X pada jurusan Desain Permodelan Informasi Bangunan
dan jurusan Teknik Mesin SMK Negeri 6 Bandung pada fase remaja baik itu lakilaki ataupun perempuan juga berdasarkan jurusan yang siswa tekuni di sekolah serta
pada setiap aspek school well being. Pendekatan yang dipakai yaitu pendekatan
kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Pengolahan
data hasil survei menggunakan SPSS for windows 22 serta excel. Dalam penemuan
pada penelitian ini school well being sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi lingkungan
sekolah baik secara fisik ataupun interaksi sosial. Banyak responden merasa tidak
puas dari keempat aspek school well being, yaitu having, loving, being dan health
akan tetapi masih ada siswa yang merasakan puas meskin jumlahnya sedikit
dibandingkan dengan tidak puas.

School well-being can influence student behavior, so this needs to be
recognized more clearly in students who are still teenagers in their transition
period. School well-being can influence the attitudes and motivation of students,
but this does not mean that students' feelings become sensitive at this time. The
researcher aims to see and describe the profile of vocational students who have
satisfactorily in school well-being classes at school and in every aspect of school
well-being. The approach used in this research is a descriptive quantitative
approach with the method used being a survey. Processing survey data results using
SPSS for Windows 22 and Excel. Findings of this research, school well-being is
greatly influenced by the conditions of the school environment, both physically and
through social interactions. Many respondents felt dissatisfied with the four aspects
of school well-being, Namely having, loving, being, and health, but there were still
students who felt satisfied, although the number was small compared to those who
were dissatisfied.
