    Abstract

    Pemilihan komoditas utama telah dilakukan berdasarkan potensi masing-masing
    wilayah untuk menentukan tanaman pangan yang memiliki potensi dan harus
    diberikan prioritas dalam pengembangan. Tahap awal ini diperlukan untuk
    menciptakan pertumbuhan baru di daerah, dengan fokus memahami potensi utama
    dalam konteks pertanian, khususnya dalam kaitannya dengan tanaman pangan.
    Tujuan dari penelitian ini mencakup: 1) Analisis potensi komoditas utama tanaman
    pangan di wilayah Kota Bandung, 2) Analisis pertumbuhan komoditas tanaman
    pangan yang memiliki keunggulan komparatif di Kota Bandung, 3) Analisis profil
    petani yang mengembangkan komoditas utama tanaman pangan di Kota Bandung,
    dan 4) Analisis sebaran area pengembangan komoditas utama tanaman pangan di
    Kota Bandung. Sampel yang digunakan melibatkan manusia (petani) dan potensi
    wilayah untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik usaha tani, termasuk produksi
    tanaman pangan berkualitas tinggi dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor
    seperti topografi, geologi, jenis tanah, hidrologi, iklim, serta lokasi kecamatan dan
    jenis tanaman. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi tanaman pangan
    memiliki keunggulan komparatif di 8 kecamatan, yaitu Arcamanik, Buahbatu,
    Cibiru, Cinambo, Gedebage, Panyileukan, Rancasari, dan Ujungberung, karena
    memiliki nilai LQ > 1. Berdasarkan potensi wilayah, pengembangan komoditas
    utama tanaman pangan di Kota Bandung dapat direpresentasikan dalam bentuk peta
    Cloroperth.

    The selection of main commodities has been carried out based on the potential of
    each region to determine food crops that have potential and should be given priority
    in development. This initial stage is necessary to create new growth in the region,
    with a focus on understanding the main potential in the agricultural context,
    especially in relation to food crops. The objectives of this research include: 1)
    Analysis of the potential of the main food crop commodities in the Bandung City
    area, 2) Analysis of the growth of food crop commodities that have comparative
    advantages in the City of Bandung, 3) Analysis of the profile of farmers who develop
    the main food crop commodities in the City of Bandung, and 4) Analysis of the
    distribution of development areas for the main food crop commodities in Bandung
    City. The samples used involve humans (farmers) and regional potential to identify
    farming business characteristics, including the production of high-quality food
    crops by considering various factors such as topography, geology, soil type,
    hydrology, climate, as well as sub-district location and plant type. Research
    findings show that food crop production has a comparative advantage in 8 subdistricts, namely Arcamanik, Buahbatu, Cibiru, Cinambo, Gedebage, Panyileukan,
    Rancasari, and Ujungberung, because they have an LQ value > 1. Based on
    regional potential, the development of the main food crop commodities in the City
    Bandung can be represented in the form of a Cloroperth map.
