Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyelenggaraan pelatihan tata rias dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pemangkasan rambut bagi remaja putus sekolah di balai pemberdayaan sosial bina remaja cibabat-cimahi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui 1) perencanaan pelatihan tata rias dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pemangkasan rambut; 2) mengetahui proses pelatihan tata rias dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pemangkasan rambut; 3) mengetahui evaluasi pelatihan tata rias dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pemangkasan rambut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, tes, dan observasi unjuk kerja. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 26 responden, yaitu 1 orang pengelola, 1 orang sumber belajar, dan 24 orang warga belajar. Berdasarkan analisisis data disimpulkan : 1) perencanaan program pelatihan tata rias dimulai menentukan waktu, tujuan, melakukan identifikasi, mempersiapkan kelengkapan administrasi, dana, serta jenis pelayanan. 2) proses program pelatihan tata rias dimulai dari menyiapkan langkah-langkah kegiatan pembelajaran, materi, sasaran, metode, dan media 3) evaluasi yang dilakukan yaitu evaluasi program dan evaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Evaluasi program meliputi input, proses,dan output. Evaluasi hasil pembelajaran yang dilakukan melalui tes pada warga belajar untuk mengetahui peningkatan dari aspek kognitif dan psikomotor warga belajar mengenai materi pemengkasan rambut. Kata Kunci:Penyelenggaraan Pelatihan, Keterampilan Pemengkasan Rambut The problem of the study is to find out cosmetology Training management in improving hair cut skill of dropout teenager in Institution of social empowerment and teenager education In Cibabat – Cimahi. The aims of the study is to find out 1) cosmetology Training management in improving hair cut skill 2) The process of cosmetology Training management in improving hair cut skill, 3) The evaluation of cosmetology Training management in improving hair cut skill. This study uses Descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection is done by interview, test, and performance observation. Data resources of the study are 26 respondents consist of 1 manager, 1 learner resource, and 24 learners. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Program planning of cosmetology Training is started by determining the time, aim, doing the identification, preparing the complete administration, fund, and type of service that are going to perform. 2) The process of cosmetology training program is started by preparing the step of learning activities, goals, methods, and media, 3) Evaluation which is performed consist of Program evaluation and Learning outcome evaluation. Program evaluation consist of input, process, and output while outcome Learning Evaluasion is done by test to the learners to find out the improvement in cognitive aspect as well as psychomotor in hair cut skill material.
