Abstract
Salah satu dampak yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu mengenai kualitas air di Waduk 
Cirata yang dari waktu ke waktu terus mengalami penurunan.Tujuan dari penelitian 
ini untuk memonitoring Total Supended Solid (TSS) dari tahun 2016 - 2022 dalam 
mengatasi penurunan kualitas air di Waduk Cirata. Penelitian ini berfokus pada
persebaran, perubahan serta status baku mutu TSS untuk monitoring tingkat 
sedimentasi di Waduk Cirata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penginderaan 
jauh dengan pendekatan algoritma C2RCC yang bersumber dari data citra satelit 
Sentinel-2A dan data sekunder In-situ yang diperuntukkan untuk uji validasi. Hasil 
penelitian menunjukkan persebaran nilai TSS yang memiliki konsentrasi tinggi 
yaitu berada di wilayah inlet dan outlet selatan dan utara Waduk Cirata yang 
memiliki rentang 15-50 mg/l. Sedangkan nilai dengan konsentrasi rendah berada di 
tiap sisi waduk bagian timur dan barat yang memiliki rentang 0-0.067 mg/l. Nilai 
akurasi TSS citra dan TSS In-Situ dari hasil regresi linear menghasilkan akurasi 
yang kurang kuat di tahun 2016, kuat di tahun 2018, sangat kuat di tahun 2020 dan 
2022. Perubahan TSS di Waduk Cirata cenderung berubah dari tahun ke tahun. 
Nilai perubahan TSS yang paling tinggi yaitu dari tahun 2016 – 2022 dengan nilai

sebesar 26%. kondisi pencemaran air di waduk Cirata dari tahun ke tahun 
memenuhi baku mutu kecuali tahun 2016 sampai 2018. Secara rerata perbandingan 
nilai TSS dari C2RCC dengan In-Situ dari keseluruhan tahun mendapat selisih 
sebesar 11.63 mg/l. Tingginya persebaran TSS disebabkan oleh adanya alih fungsi 
lahan menjadi pertanian di area sempadan sungai inlet-outlet waduk. Sedangkan 
tingginya perubahan nilai TSS disebabkan oleh kerangka jaring apung di badan 
Waduk Cirata.
One of the impacts that needs to be considered is the water quality in Cirata 
Reservoir, which continues to decline from time to time. The purpose of this 
research is to monitor Total Suspended Solid (TSS) from 2016 - 2022 in overcoming 
the decline in water quality in Cirata Reservoir. This research focuses on the 
distribution, changes and status of TSS quality standards for monitoring 
sedimentation levels in Cirata Reservoir. This research uses remote sensing 
methods with the C2RCC algorithm approach sourced from Sentinel-2A satellite 
image data and In-situ secondary data intended for validation tests. The results 
show the distribution of TSS values that have high concentrations, namely in the 
inlet and outlet areas of the south and north of Cirata Reservoir, which have a 
range of 15-50 mg/l. Meanwhile, the values with low concentrations are on each 
side of the eastern and western reservoirs, which have a range of 0-0.067 mg/l. The 
accuracy value of image TSS and In-Situ TSS from the linear regression results 
produced less strong accuracy in 2016, strong in 2018, very strong in 2020 and 
2022. Changes in TSS in Cirata Reservoir tend to change from year to year. The 
highest value of TSS change is from 2016 - 2022 with an R2
value of 26%. water 
pollution conditions in Cirata reservoir from year to year meet quality standards 
except from 2016 to 2018. On average, the comparison of TSS values from C2RCC 
with In-Situ from all years has a difference of 11.63 mg/l. The high distribution of 
TSS is caused by land conversion to agriculture in the reservoir inlet-outlet riparian 
area. Meanwhile, the high change in TSS values is caused by the floating net 
framework in the Cirata Reservoir body.
