Abstract

Ciwangun Indah Camp merupakan salah satu pelopor wisata outbound dan camp di Jawa Barat. Namun masih terdapat keluhan pengunjung terkait dengan aksesibilitas dan fasilitas yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aksesibilitas dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 26. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner dengan sampel penelitian yang didapatkan dari populasi pengunjung dengan kriteria reponden pernah berkunjung ke Ciwangun Indah Camp, sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 156. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aksesibilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, fasilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, aksesibilitas dan fasilitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung sebesar 62,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Kepuasan pengunjung dapat ditingkatkan dengan memperhatikan kualitas aksesibilitas dari aspek spasial, psikologi, ekonomi dan sosial, serta peningkatan pada kualitas fasilitas utama, penunjang dan pendukung dengan mengadakan pemantauan dan pemeliharaan di Ciwangun Indah Camp.

Ciwangun Indah Camp is one of West Java's forerunners in outbound and camping tourism. However, there are still complaints from visitors regarding accessibility and existing facilities. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of accessibility and facilities on tourist satisfaction. The study method utilized a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of IBM SPSS version 26 software. Data were gathered using a questionnaire approach, and 156 research samples were drawn from the visiting population who satisfied the responder requirements by having visited Ciwangun Indah Camp. The results of this study demonstrated that accessibility had a positive impact on tourist satisfaction, facilities had a positive impact on tourist satisfaction, and accessibility and facilities together had a significant positive impact on tourist satisfaction by 62.3%, while the remaining 37.7% were influenced by factors other than this research. Tourist satisfaction can be increased by paying attention to the quality of accessibility from spatial, psychological, economic, and social perspectives, as well as enhancing the quality of main, supporting, and sustaining facilities at Ciwangun Indah Camp through surveillance and maintenance
