Abstract
ABSTRAK Masyarakat Kelurahan Andir dihadapkan dengan berbagai permasalahan yang disebabkan oleh fenomena lingkungan hampir setiap tahunnya, salah satunya banjir musiman. Sehingga, dibangun pembangunan infrastruktur Kolam Retensi Andir yang memiliki fungsi utama untuk mengatasi permasalahan banjir yang menghambat aktivitas masyarakat. Pembangunan tersebut berdampak pada kondisi sosial-ekonomi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dampak yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat setelah pembangunan pada kondisi sosial-ekonomi mereka. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian melibatkan otoritas terkait, masyarakat setempat, dan pendatang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan ini memiliki fungsi utama dalam mengatasi masalah banjir yang melanda masyarakat, yang pada gilirannya membawa perubahan positif dalam stabilitas dan kualitas hidup mereka. Selain itu, pembangunan ini juga memainkan peran penting dalam fungsi integrasi sosial dalam masyarakat, memperkuat solidaritas dan kohesi sosial. Pembangunan Kolam Retensi Andir membawa perubahan positif dalam ekonomi lokal dengan meningkatkan kesempatan kerja, daya beli, dan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Selain itu, perubahan ini juga menciptakan stabilitas lingkungan yang lebih aman dan produktif bagi masyarakat. Kemudian, masyarakat Kelurahan Andir telah beradaptasi, berintegrasi, dan menunjukkan ketahanan dalam menghadapi dampak pembangunan pada kondisi sosial-ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Dampak Pembangunan, Kolam Retensi Andir, Kondisi Sosial-ekonomi ABSTRACT The people of Andir Village are faced with various problems caused by environmental phenomena almost every year, one of which is seasonal flooding. Therefore, the Andir Retention Pond infrastructure was built, which has the main function of overcoming flooding problems that hamper community activities. The development has an impact on the socio-economic conditions of the community. The purpose of this research is to describe the impact felt by the community after the development on their socio-economic conditions. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Informants in the research involved relevant authorities, local communities, and migrants. The results show that this development has a major function in overcoming the flooding problems that plague the community, which in turn brings positive changes in their stability and quality of life. In addition, it also plays an important role in the function of social integration within the community, strengthening social solidarity and cohesion. The construction of the Andir Retention Pond brought about positive changes in the local economy by increasing employment opportunities, purchasing power, and the quality of life of the community. In addition, these changes also create environmental stability that is safer and more productive for the community. Furthermore, the people of Kelurahan Andir have adapted, integrated and demonstrated resilience in dealing with the impacts of development on socio-economic conditions.
