Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) pada era digital saat ini berperan penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Perkembangan TIK dapat dijadikan suatu wadah untuk dapat mengakses informasi maupun berkomunikasi tanpa dibatasi ruang dan waktu. Perkembangan TIK dapat dimanfaatkan di berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia salah satunya dalam aspek Pendidikan. Seperti yang dikemukakan oleh Sidik pada tahun 2022 bahwa dalam aspek Pendidikan misalnya dapat digunakan pada bagian akademik untuk sistem pendataan alumni. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan beberapa alumni Program Studi Pendidikan Multimedia mengenai pendataan alumni, saat ini pendataan alumni Program Studi Pendidikan Multimedia sudah menggunakan komputer sebagai fasilitas pendukungnya akan tetapi belum dimaksimalkan dengan penggunaan sistem informasi. Ada beberapa kendala yang ditemukan pada manajemen pengolahan data alumni yang hanya menggunakan komputer saja tanpa sistem informasi. Kendala yang ditemukan apabila terjadi perubahan atau update data pada alumni. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan rancangan sistem sistem informasi pendataan alumni dan mengetahui kelayakan dari sistem yang dirancang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan tiga tahap, yaitu requirement planning, design workshop dan implementation. Pembuatan sistem informasi berbasis web ini pada bagian front end menggunakan html, CSS, framework bootstrap dan javascrip dan pada bagian back end menggunakan framework codeigniter dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Pengujian media menggunakan pengujian black box dengan metode equivalence partitions pada dua orang ahli media. Hasil uji coba menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa sistem informasi Alumni Pedia layak untuk digunakan sebagai media untuk manajemen pengolahan data alumni pada Program Studi Pendidikan Multimedia. ----------- The development of information and communication technology (ICT) in the current digital era plays an important role in human life. The development of ICT can be used as a forum to be able to access information and communicate without being limited by space and time. The development of ICT can be used in various aspects of human life, one of which is in the aspect of education. As stated by Sidik in 2022 that in the Education aspect, for example, it can be used in the academic section for the alumni data collection system. Based on the results of interviews with several alumni of the Multimedia Education study program regarding alumni data collection, currently data collection of alumni of the Multimedia Education study program already uses computers as supporting facilities but has not been maximized by the use of information systems. There are several obstacles found in alumni data processing management that only uses computers without an information system. Constraints found when there is a change or update of data on alumni. The purpose of this research is to produce a design system for alumni data collection information systems and to determine the feasibility of the designed system. This research uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) research method with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model with three stages, namely requirement planning, design workshop and implementation. Making this web-based information system on the front end uses html, CSS, bootstrap framework and javascript and on the back end uses the codeigniter framework with the PHP programming language. Media testing uses black box testing with the equivalence partitions method on two media experts. The results of the trial resulted in the conclusion that the Pedia Alumni information system is feasible to be used as a medium for management of alumni data processing in the Multimedia Education study program.
