Abstract

Penelitian ini dilandasi oleh terbatasnya Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) yang melibatkan keaktifan siswa karena LKPD yang beredar umumnya hanya berisi latihan-laatihan soal yang bersifat menghafal, sehingga hal tersebut menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar PPKn siswa. Dalam pembelajaran PPKn, kegiatan belajar tidak hanya berfokus pada pengetahuan semata, tetapi siswa juga harus mampu menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian tentang pengembangan LKPD berbasis Experiential Learning bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas VI SD pada ranah sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. LKPD berbasis Experiential Learning didesain dengan berbagai kegiatan yang melibatkan keaktifan siswa sehingga siswa mampu memfungsikan pengetahuannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kelayakan LKPD yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi PPKn. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design and Development (D&D) dengan desain pengembangan ADDIE (analisys, design, development, implementation and evaluation). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, kuisioner dan tes. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Guttman agar mendapat jawaban yang tegas, karena hanya ada dua pilihan jawaban yaitu “Ya” atau “tidak.” Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil validasi oleh para ahli yakni ahli media dan ahli materi PPKn, diperoleh bahwa LKPD berbasis Experiential Learning sangat layak digunakan untuk siswa kelas VI Sekolah Dasar setelah melalui tahap revisi. Setelah dilakukan uji coba kepada siswa kelas VI SD, didapatkan bahwa hasil belajar PPKn pada ranah sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan meningkat setelah menggunakan LKPD berbasis Experiential Learning. This research is based on the limited availability of Student Worksheets (LKPD) that involve student engagement, as the commonly available LKPDs mainly consist of rote memorization exercises. This leads to low learning outcomes in Civic Education (PPKn) among students. In PPKn learning, the focus is not only on knowledge but also on the application of that knowledge in everyday life. The research on the development of Experiential Learning-based LKPD aims to help students improve their learning outcomes in PPKn in terms of attitude, knowledge, and skills domains. The Experiential Learning-based LKPD is designed with various activities that involve students' competencies in the domains of attitude, knowledge, and skills, enabling them to apply their knowledge in everyday life. The developed LKPD's feasibility is validated by media experts and PPKn subject matter experts. The research method used is Design and Development (D&D) with the ADDIE development design (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Data collection is done through interviews, questionnaires, and tests. In this study, the researcher used a Guttman scale questionnaire to obtain definitive answers, as there are only two options, "Yes" or "No." The data analysis techniques used in this study include qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The validation results by media experts and PPKn subject matter experts indicate that the Experiential Learning-based LKPD is highly suitable for use by sixth-grade students in elementary school after undergoing revision stages. After conducting a trial with sixth-grade students, it was found that learning outcomes in terms of attitude, knowledge, and skills in PPKn improved after using the Experiential Learning-based LKPD.
