Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan karakter 7 poe atikan Purwakarta pada mapag buana anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui tari kreatif. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya mempersiapkan generasi penerus bangsa yang mampu bersaing dengan bangsa lain di masa yang akan datang melalui pengembangan karakter mapag buana pada aspek kreativitas. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya tingkat daya saing masyarakat Indonesia dengan bangsa lain. Solusi yang diambil untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan melaksanaan kegiatan tari kreatif dalam mengembangkan karakter mapag buana pada aspek kreativitas anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek penelitian sejumlah 5 anak kelompok B dengan objek penelitian berupa tari kreatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, catatan lapangan dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi tari kreatif yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan dua kali pertemuan pada setiap siklusnya terdapat perkembangan yang dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian. Pada kondisi awal, kriteria Belum Berkembang (BB) sejumlah 2 anak (40%) dan Mulai Berkembang (MB) sejumlah 3 anak (60%), sedangkan dalam kondisi hasil penelitian akhir yang masuk dalam kriteria Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) sejumlah 2 anak (40%) dan Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) sejumlah 3 anak (60%). Pada kondisi awal dan akhir terlihat terjadinya perkembangan yang sangat signifikan sehingga penelitian ini diberhentikan sampai siklus II karena sudah memenuhi kriteria indikator keberhasilan. Kata kunci : tari kreatif, mapag buana, kreativitas IMPLEMENTATION OF CREATIVE DANCE IN DEVELOPING THE CHARACTER OF 7 POE ATIKAN PURWAKARTA AT MAPAG BUANA FOR CHILDREN AGED 5-6 YEARS (Classroom Action Research in One of the Kindergartens in Purwakarta Regency) ----- ABSTRACT This study aims to develop the character of 7 poe atikan Purwakarta on mapag buana for children aged 5-6 years through creative dance. This research is motivated by the importance of preparing the next generation of nations that are able to compete with other nations in the future through the development of mapag buana character in the aspect of creativity. This is due to the lack of competitiveness of Indonesian society with other nations. The solution taken to overcome these problems is to carry out creative dance activities in developing the mapag buana character in the aspect of children's creativity. This research uses the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK), with the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. This study used research subjects of 5 children in group B with the object of research in the form of creative dance. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, documentation, field notes and interviews. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the implementation of creative dance carried out in two cycles with two meetings in each cycle had developments that could be seen from the results of the study. In the initial condition, the criteria for Not Developing (BB) were 2 children (40%) and Starting to Develop (MB) were 3 children (60%), while in the final research conditions that fell into the criteria for Developing As Expected (BSH) were 2 children (40%) and Developing Very Well (BSB) were 3 children (60%). In the initial and final conditions, it was seen that there was a very significant development so that this research was stopped until cycle II because it met the criteria for success indicators.
