Abstract

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN DIARE PADA BALITA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS CIMALAKA Cindy Aprilianty Mahasisawa Prodi Keperawatan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia ABSTRAK Balita, disebut sebagai remaja di bawah usia lima tahun, adalah anak-anak yang telah menginjak usia satu tahun atau lebih. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui mengenai faktor-faktor kejadian diare pada anak balita di wilayah kerja puskesmas cimalaka kabupaten sumedang. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif . Penelitian ini di lakukan pada balita dari umur 1-5 tahun. Jumlah populasi 379 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sample dengan menggunakan total sampling yang berjumlah 379. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument skala liket untuk mengukur pengetahuan ibu dan Perilaku Hidup Bersih Dan Sehat, nilai uji validat dan reliabilitas rentang nilai paling rendah 0,298 dan nilai tertinggi 0,361. Nilai reliabilitasnya 0,870. Hasil penelitian menunjukan mayoritas pengetahuan ibu pada kejadian diare 91,1% hamper seluruh ibu mengethui faktor kejadian diare. PHBS (cuci tangan) 93,7% dan hamper seluruh dari responden mencuci tangan dengan baik. Dan PHBS (Air Bersih) 81,0% dan hampir seluruhnya menggunakan air bersih. Kesimpulannya masyarakat di desa mandala mengetahui faktor-faktor kejadian diare. Pada penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan metode yang berbeda agar menghasilkan penelitian yang heterogen serta memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda. Kata Kunci : Faktor-Faktor Diare FACTORS RELATED TO THE INCIDENCE OF DIARRHEA IN TODDLERS IN THE WORKING AREA OF THE CIMALAKA PUSKESMAS Cindy Aprilianty Student of Nursing Study Program Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia ABSTRAK Toddlers, referred to as adolescents under the age of five, are children who have reached the age of one year or more. The purpose of this study was to find out about the factors of the incidence of diarrhea in children under five in the working area of the Cimalaka Public Health Center, Sumedang Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted on toddlers from the age of 1-5 years. The total population is 379 people with a sampling technique using a total sampling of 379. Data collection uses a Liket scale instrument to measure mother's knowledge and clean and healthy living behavior, the validity and reliability test values range from the lowest value 0.298 to the highest value 0.361. The reliability value is 0.870. The results showed that the majority of mothers' knowledge on the incidence of diarrhea was 91.1%, almost all mothers knew the factors for the occurrence of diarrhea. PHBS (hand washing) 93.7% and almost all of the respondents washed their hands properly. And PHBS (Clean Water) 81.0% and almost all use clean water. In conclusion, the people in Mandala Village know the factors that cause diarrhea. In future research, different methods can be used to produce heterogeneous research and have different characteristics. Keywords: Diarrhea Factors
