Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan guru PAUD dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka di kabupaten purwakarta, dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan model Miles and Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kesiapan Guru PAUD di kabupaten purwakarta dalam aspek pemahaman struktur kurikulum merdeka menunjukkan lima guru PAUD cukup siap dan dua guru PAUD belum siap dalam memahami struktur kurikulum merdeka. Kesiapan dalam aspek perencanaan pembelajaran empat guru PAUD merasa cukup siap dan tiga guru PAUD belum siap dalam perencanaan pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka. Kesiapan dalam aspek proses pembelajaran enam guru PAUD telah siap dan satu guru PAUD belum siap dalam proses pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka. Kesiapan dalam aspek Proses Asesmen ketujuh guru PAUD merasa cukup siap dalam proses asesmen kurikulum merdeka Kemudian Kesiapan dalam Aspek Teknologi Informasi enam guru PAUD sudah siap dan satu guru PAUD belum siap dalam aspek teknologi informasi. Faktor pendukung dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka di kabupaten purwakarta yaitu Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM), Seri webinar, Sumber Daya Manusia yang Memadai, Dukungan Kepala sekolah, dan Studi Banding ke sekolah TK lain. Sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka yaitu Lingkungan keluarga yang kurang mendukung, penyediaan Sarana Prasarana yang masih kurang, dan Sumber daya manusia yang kurang. ----- This study aims to determine the readiness of PAUD teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in Purwakarta district, and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the independent curriculum. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques carried out through interviews. The data collected was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The results showed that the readiness of PAUD teachers in Purwakarta district in the aspect of understanding the structure of the independent curriculum showed that five PAUD teachers were quite ready and two PAUD teachers were not ready to understand the structure of the independent curriculum. Readiness in the learning planning aspect of four PAUD teachers felt they were quite ready and three PAUD teachers were not ready in planning independent curriculum lessons. Readiness in the aspect of the learning process six PAUD teachers were ready and one PAUD teacher was not ready in the independent curriculum learning process. Readiness in the Assessment Process aspect of the seven PAUD teachers felt they were quite ready in the independent curriculum assessment process. Then Readiness in the Information Technology Aspect, six PAUD teachers were ready and one PAUD teacher was not ready in the information technology aspect. Supporting factors in implementing the independent curriculum in Purwakarta district are the Freedom Teaching Platform (PMM), Webinar Series, Adequate Human Resources, Principal Support, and Comparative Studies to other Kindergarten schools. While the inhibiting factors in implementing the independent curriculum are a family environment that is less supportive, the provision of infrastructure is still lacking, and human resources are lacking.
