Abstract

Masalah yang menjadi kajian penelitian ini adalah mengenai efektivitas proses pembelajaran pada SMK Negeri Rumpun Bisnis dan Manajemen di Kota Bandung. Inti kajiannya difokuskan pada faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas proses pembelajaran, yaitu penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru. Berdasarkan hal tersebut pokok masalah yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah sejauhmana pengaruh tingkat penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Indikator yang diukur dalam tingkat penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru adalah kemampuan penguasaan materi pembelajaran, kemampuan penelitian dan penyusunan karya ilmiah, kemampuan pengembangan profesi, pemahaman terhadap wawasan dan landasan kependidikan. Adapun efektivitas proses pembelajaran diukur dari indikator merencanakan program belajar mengajar, melaksanakan interaksi atau mengelola proses pembelajaran, dan melakukan penilaian Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tingkat penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran berada pada kategori sedang. Persamaan regresi linear yang diperoleh yaitu . Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi product moment diperoleh pengaruh yang sedang dari tingkat penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran sebesar 0,458. Hasilnya tingkat penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran sebesar 21,02%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 78,98% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikansi 95% dan db = 34 didapat Fhitung > Ftabel atau 9,045 > 4,13 , maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari tingkat penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran dapat dibuktikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru berada dalam kategori tinggi dan efektivitas proses pembelajaran berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Namun, penguasaan kompetesi profesional guru tiap indikator beragam. Oleh karena itu, saran yang diberikan guru lebih mengoptimalkan efektivitas dalam proses pembelajarannya. ABSTRACT This study was conducted to investigate the effectivity of learning process in SMKN cluster Bisnis and Management in Bandung. It was focused a the factor influencing the effectivity of learning process, include the competency acquisition of a teacher’s professionalism. Furthermore, the investigation was focused on how fat the influence of the competency of acquisition of a teacher’s professionalism on to the effectivity of learning process. Methods was used in this study are descriptive verification method, with a collection (angket), interview and literary study. Indicators on the competency of acquisition of a teacher’s professionalism are the ability of learning material acquisition, the ability of researching and the ability of arrange scientific research, the ability of developing prophecy, the ability of comprehending insight and education base. The effectivity of learning process was measured from the indicator of planning a learning programe doing interaction either managing learning process, and doing value. The results shown that the influence of a competency of a teacher’s professionalism on to the effectivity of learning process was in a middle category. The linear regression was . Moreover, the product moment coefisien correlation of a competency of a teacher’s professionalism on to the effectivity of learning process was gained in a middle category. It was 0,49 according, the acquisition of a teacher’s professionalism competency shown a positive direction in raising the effectivity of learning professionalism. It was 21,02%, which 78,98% left was influenced by other factors which was out of this study. From the hypothesis with 95% significance and db = 34 was gained Fhitung > Ftabel or 9,045 > 4,13. This elaboration implied that, there is a positive influence from the acquisition of a teacher’s professionalism competency on to the effectivity of learning process was proved. In sum, acquisition of a teacher’s professionalism competency was in high category and the effectivity of learning process was in very high category with a variety indicators. According, suggestions which was siren by a teacher could optimal the effectivity in a learning process.
