    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penumpukan sampah yang terus meningkat setiap
    tahunnya serta rendahnya pengetahuan peserta didik kelas V fase C tentang permasalahan
    lingkungan. Belum adanya pengembangan media diorama yang membahas tentang
    fenomena sampah di sekolah dasar yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar
    peserta didik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan
    media diorama untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tentang permasalahan sampah.
    Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Design and Development (D&D),
    melalui lima tahap yakni analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation
    yang disingkat ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa wawancara,
    catatan kerja, angket dan Tes. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data
    kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dalam tahap pengembangan media menggunakan catatan kerja,
    penilaian validasi ahli dilakukan kepada ahli materi dan ahli media dengan menggunakan
    angket, Hasil persentase nilai dari ahli materi 97,9%, dan dari ahli media 94,05%. Dengan
    hasil persentase rata-rata skor dari semua ahli sebesar 95,96% dengan kategori sangat baik.
    Media diorama juga dilakukan uji coba kepada siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Hasil uji coba
    media diorama ini menunjukan peningkatan hasil pretest dan posttest dari rata-rata 67,3
    menjadi 92,7. Selain itu, peneliti melakukan uji N-gain dari hasil nilai pretest dan posttest
    peserta didik, hasil perhitungan rata-rata menunjukan nilai 77,14% dengan kategori efektif.

    This research was motivated by the accumulation of waste that continues to increase every
    year and the low knowledge of student class V phase C about environmental problems.
    There has been no development of diorama media that discusses the phenomenon of waste
    in elementary schools which aims to improve student learning outcomes. Based on this
    problem, this study aims to develop diorama media to improve student learning outcomes
    about waste problems. The research method used is the Design and Development (D&D)
    method, through five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and
    evaluation abbreviated as ADDIE. Data collection techniques carried out in the form of
    interviews, work records, questionnaires and tests. Data analysis in this study used
    quantitative and qualitative data analysis. In the media development stage using work
    records, expert validation assessments were carried out to material experts and media
    experts using questionnaires, the percentage of value results from material experts 97.9%,
    and from media experts 94.05%. With the result of the average percentage score from all
    experts of 95.96% in the very good category. Media dioramas were also tested on grade V
    elementary school students. The results of this diorama media trial showed an increase in
    pretest and posttest results from an average of 67.3 to 92.7. In addition, researchers
    conducted an N-gain test from the results of students' pretest and posttest scores, the
    average calculation results showed a value of 77.14% with the effective category.
