Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap efisiensi dan produktivitas perbankam yang terdaftar di otoritas jasa keuangan (OJK) 2019-2021. Proksi yang digunakan untuk mengukur intellectual capital adalah VAIC, efisiensi dan produktivitas menggunakan BOPO dan MPI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode desktiptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. metode pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh 74 perusahaan dari 156 perusahaan dari sektor perbankan dan terdaftar di otoritas jasa keuangan dari tahun 2019-2021. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan perbankan yang diambil dari otoritas jasa keuangan 2019-2021. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan media berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan uji koefisiensi determinasi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa nilai intellectual capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap nilai efisiensi perbankan sedangkan nilai intellectual capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai produktivitas. Artinya pemanfaatan intellectual capital yang baik akan meningkatkan efisiensi perusahaan perbankan yang ditandai dengan penurunan nilai BOPO dan jika nilai pemanfaatn intellectual capital yang baik akan meningkatkan produktivitas yang ditandai dengan peningkatan nilai MPI. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of intellectual capital on the efficiency and productivity of banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) 2019-2021. The proxy used to measure intellectual capital is VAIC, efficiency and productivity using BOPO and MPI. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and 74 companies were obtained out of 156 companies from the banking sector and registered with the financial services authority from 2019-2021. Data obtained from financial reports and banking annual reports taken from the 2019-2021 financial services authority. The type of data used is secondary data with media in the form of company financial reports. Hypothesis testing is done by using simple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. The results of hypothesis testing show that the value of intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on the value of banking efficiency while the value of intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on the value of productivity. This means that good use of intellectual capital will increase the efficiency of banking companies which is indicated by a decrease in the BOPO value and if the value of good intellectual capital utilization will increase productivity which is indicated by an increase in the MPI value.
