Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Mutu Sarana dan Prasarana Terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Latsar CPNS di BPSDM Prov.Jawa Barat.”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk mengetahui dan juga memperoleh gambaran mengenai Pengaruh Mutu Sarana dan Prasarana Terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Latsar CPNS di BPSDM Prov.Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner tertutup pada 59 responden, wawancara, dan juga studi dokumentasi. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS) dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel 2018 dan SPSS 25.0 for Windows, menunjukkan bahwa indikator variabel X (Mutu Sarana dan Prasarana) berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata skor 4,21 dan untuk indikator variabel Y (Kepuasan Peserta) berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata skor 4,18. Berdasarkan uji korelasi antara variabel X dan juga variabel Y didapatkan nilai sebesar 0,495 yang termasuk pada kategori tingkat hubungan “sedang”. Hasil uji determinasi pada penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil 24,5% yang artinya variabel X berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y dan 75,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kemudian pada hasil uji signifikansi diperoleh nilai 4,303 > 1,672 yang artinya Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X terhadap variabel Y. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Y ̂=25,310+0,492X yang artinya setiap penambahan poin pada variabel X, maka akan diikuti dengan perubahan Y sebesar 0,492. Lalu, adapun faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan peserta berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu terkait kualitas layanan widyaiswara mempengaruhi sebesar 60,1% dan kualitas layanan dan proses pembelajaran mempengaruhi sebesar 82,1%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Mutu Sarana dan Prasarana Terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Latsar CPNS di BPSDM Prov.Jawa Barat. This research is entitled "The Influence of the Quality of Facilities and Infrastructure on the Satisfaction of the CPNS Level Participants at BPSDM West Java Province.". The purpose of this study in general is to find out and also obtain an overview of the Effect of Quality of Facilities and Infrastructure on the Satisfaction of CPNS Latsar Participants at BPSDM West Java Province. Method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative research approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires or closed questionnaires on 59 respondents, interviews, and also documentation studies. The results of the Weight Means Score (WMS) calculation with the help of Microsoft Excel 2018 and SPSS 25.0 for Windows, shows that the indicator variable X (Quality of Facilities and Infrastructure) is in the very high category with an average score of 4.21 and for the variable Y indicator (Participant Satisfaction) is in a very high category with an average score of 4.18. Based on the correlation test between variable X and also variable Y, a value of 0.495 was obtained which was included in the "medium" relationship level category. The results of the determination test in this study obtained a result of 24.5%, which means that the variable X affects the variable Y and 75.5% is influenced by other factors. Then the results of the significance test obtained a value of 4.303 > 1.672, which means that Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. Regression analysis results obtained the equation Y ̂=25,310+0,492X, which means that each additional point in variable X will be followed by a change in Y of 0.492. Then, the other factors that can affect participant satisfaction based on previous research related to the quality of widyaiswara services that affect 60.1% and the quality of service and learning processes affect 82.1%. The conclusion from this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between the Quality of Facilities and Infrastructure on the Satisfaction of the CPNS Level Participants at BPSDM West Java Province.
