Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konten publikasi film Indonesia yang dibuat oleh akun Instagram @potonganfilm terhadap minat pengikut usia remaja untuk menonton film di bioskop. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah konten publikasi film Indonesia dengan sub variabel isi pesan (context), cara penyampaian pesan (communication), kerja sama (collaboration), dan hubungan (connection). Variabel X akan diukur pengaruhnya terhadap variabel terikat (Y) yaitu minat menonton film di bioskop. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 1.306.458 orang. Adapun teknik sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah purposive sampling dengan total sampel 270 responden remaja pengikut akun Instagram @potonganfilm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut. Kesatu, terdapat pengaruh isi pesan konten publikasi film Indonesia di Instagram @potonganfilm terhadap minat remaja menonton film di bioskop. Kedua, tidak terdapat pengaruh cara penyampaian pesan konten publikasi film Indonesia di Instagram @potonganfilm terhadap minat remaja menonton film di bioskop. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh kerja sama konten publikasi film Indonesia di Instagram @potonganfilm terhadap minat remaja menonton film di bioskop. Keempat, terdapat pengaruh hubungan yang sudah terjalin antara akun @potonganfilm dengan pengikut usia remaja terhadap minat menonton film di bioskop. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa konten publikasi film Indonesia di Instagram @potonganfilm (X) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat remaja menonton film di Bioskop (Y). Besar pengaruh variabel independen (X) terhadap variabel dependen (Y) adalah 60,9% sementara 39,1% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of Indonesian film publication content created by the Instagram account @potonganfilm on the interest of adolescents followers to watch films in theater. The independent variable (X) in this study is the content of Indonesian film publications with the sub-variables content of the message, method of conveying the message (communication), collaboration, and connection. Variable X will measure its effect on the dependent variable (Y), is the interest in watching movies theater. This study uses a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is 1.306.458 people. The sample technique in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 270 adolescents respondents following the Instagram account @potonganfilm. The results of the research show as follows. First, there is the influence of the message content of Indonesian film publication content on Instagram @potonganfilm on adolescents' interest in watching films in theater. Second, there is no influence on how Indonesian film publication content messages are conveyed on Instagram @potonganfilm on adolescents' interest in watching films in cinemas. Third, there is the influence of collaboration on Indonesian film publication content on Instagram @potonganfillm on adolescents' interest in watching films in theater. Fourth, there is the influence of the relationship that has existed between the @potonganfilm account and adolescents followers on interest in watching movies theater. It can be concluded that the content of Indonesian film publications on Instagram @potonganfilm (X) has a significant effect on adolescents’ interest to watching films in theater (Y). The influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is 60.9% while the other 39.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
