Abstract

Analisis kesuksesan aplikasi Halodoc perlu dilakukan karena Halodoc merupakan mHealth yang paling banyak digunakan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui kesuksesan aplikasi Halodoc dengan menggunakan model pengukuran sistem informasi DeLone and McLean. Variabel yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Layanan, Kualitas Sistem, Penggunaan, Kepuasan Pengguna, dan Manfaat Bersih. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi Halodoc. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik survei berbasis kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan bahwa Kualitas Informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna, Kualitas Sistem berpengaruh terhadap Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna, Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh terhadap Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna, Penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Manfaat Bersih, dan Kepuasan Pengguna berpengaruh terhadap Manfaat Bersih. ----- The success of the Halodoc application must be examined because it is the most extensively utilized mHealth application in Indonesia. This study seeks to determine the success of the Halodoc application using the DeLone and McLean information system measurement approach. The variables examined in this study are Information Quality, Service Quality, System Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefits. This study's population consists of Halodoc application users. A random sampling technique was utilized for sampling, and a questionnaire-based survey technique was used for data collecting. The SEM-PLS technique was used for data analysis, and SmartPLS 4.0 software was used for hypothesis testing. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that Information Quality has no effect on Use and User Satisfaction, System Quality affects Use and User Satisfaction, Service Quality affects Use and User Satisfaction, Use affects User Satisfaction but has no effect on Net Benefits, and User Satisfaction affects Net Benefits.
