Abstract

Assemblr edu merupakan sebuah platform belajar yang dapat diakses oleh pengajar maupun peserta didik berbasis aplikasi mobile dengan dilengkapi tampilan yang 3D serta augmented reality. Dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi Assemblr edu, terdapat beberapa masalah yang dirasakan pengguna, seperti keterbatasan konten dan masalah teknis dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi yang mengalami bug dan crash. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna dari kualitas yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas aplikasi Assemblr edu terhadap kepuasan pengguna menggunakan model end user computing satisfaction (EUCS) terdiri dari 5 dimensi pengukuran yang terdiri dari content, accuary, format, ease of use dan timeliness. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan metode survey. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu pengguna aplikasi Assemblr edu dengan sampel yang diambil sebesar 130 orang. Hasil analisis pengujian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama dari keseluruhan dimensi EUCS terhadap kepuasan pengguna ditujukan dari nilai signifikansi 0,000< 0,05 dengan kontribusi sebanyak 53,3%. Hasil pengujian secara parsial (individu) membuktikan, dimensi yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna yaitu kualitas content (0,000) dan timeliness (0,011) dengan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Sedangkan ketiga dimensi lainnya menunjukan nilai signifikansi >0,05 yakni dimensi accuracy (0,839), format (0,604) dan ease of use (0,204) yang berarti tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas aplikasi Assemblr edu, dikategorikan puas dengan nilai persentase skor kepuasan sebesar 77%. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk melakukan evalusi lebih lanjut, termasuk penambahan fitur bantuan seperti helpdesk dan QnA, serta perbaikan sistem untuk lebih memperhatikan kepuasan pengguna. ----- Assemblr edu is a learning platform that can be accessed by both educators and students through a mobile application, equipped with a 3D interface and augmented reality features. In the utilization of the Assemblr edu application, there are several issues experienced by users, such as content limitations and technical problems in operating the application, which encounters bugs and crashes. This can influence user satisfaction with the provided quality. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the quality of the Assemblr edu application on user satisfaction using the end user computing satisfaction (EUCS) model, consisting of five measurement dimensions: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. A quantitative approach is used in this study, employing a survey method. The study's population comprises users of the Assemblr edu application, with a sample size of 130 individuals. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant combined influence of all EUCS dimensions on user satisfaction, as indicated by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, with a contribution of 53.3%. Partial test results prove that the dimensions influencing user satisfaction are content quality (0.000) and timeliness (0.011), with significance values less than 0.05. On the other hand, the other three dimensions show significance values > 0.05, namely accuracy (0.839), format (0.604), and ease of use (0.204), indicating no significant influence on user satisfaction. Based on the research findings, the level of user satisfaction with the quality of the Assemblr edu application is categorized as satisfied, with a satisfaction score percentage of 77%. This study provides recommendations for further evaluation, including the addition of support features such as helpdesk and QnA, as well as improvements to pay closer attention to user satisfaction.
