Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya perubahan zaman yang mempengaruhi aspek pendidikan. Undang-undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional menyebutkan bahwa pendidikan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman, berakhlak mulia, dan berilmu. Salahsatu penyebabnya adalah kurang optimalnya guru dalam memberikan suasana pembelajaran kurang menarik dan menyenangkan. Program Kampus Mengajar merupakan salah satu upaya dalam membangun keterampilan abad 21 karena dianggap mampu memberikan kontribusi serta dampak yang positif dalam peningkatan literasi, numerasi serta adaptasi teknologi serta memberikan suasana belajar menjadi lebih menarik serta menyenangkan. Namun, program ini masih menghadapi kendala dan permasalahan dalam implementasinya di sekolah dasar. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali persepsi guru sekolah dasar terkait program Kampus Mengajar dan kontribusinya dalam membangun keterampilan abad 21. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang mana data tersebut diambil melalui Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi Dokumentasi. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah menyetakan bahwa guru mampu memberikan persepsi baik terhadap Program Kampus Mengajar dalam upaya membangun keterampilan abad 21 yang diturunkan menjadi enam kategori yaitu berdasarkan Konsep, Manfaat, Pemahaman Abad 21 dan Kontribusi, Relevansi, Hubungan, Dampak, Implementasi dan Solusi serta Harapan guru. This research is motivated by the changing times that affect aspects of education. The National Education System Law states that education aims to develop students' abilities to become humans of faith, noble character, and knowledge. One of the causes is the lack of optimal teachers in providing a less interesting and fun learning atmosphere. The Teaching Campus program is one of the efforts in building 21st century skills because it is considered to be able to contribute and have a positive impact in improving literacy, numeracy and technological adaptation as well as providing a more interesting and fun learning atmosphere. However, this program still faces obstacles and problems in its implementation in primary schools. The purpose of this research is to explore the perceptions of elementary school teachers regarding the Teaching Campus program and its contribution in building 21st century skills. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach where the data is taken through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The final result of this study is that teachers are able to give a good perception of the Teaching Campus Program in an effort to build 21st century skills which are derived into six categories, namely based on Concepts, Benefits, 21st Century Understanding and Contributions, Relevance, Relationships, Impact, Implementation and Solutions and Teacher Expectations.
