Abstract
Pendidikan merupakan aspek yang penting bagi kehidupan manusia sehingga orang-orang yang ada di dunia pendidikan harus meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Berbagai riset menunjukan bahwa kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia masih rendah dan melalui penelitian ini melihat tiga pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di kabupaten Cilacap. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini apakah terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, sikap profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di kabupaten Cilacap baik secara parsial maupun simultan sehingga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, sikap profesional dan pengembangan diri terhadap kinerja guru baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Manfaat penelitian ini menghasilkan kajian teoritis, menjadi rujukan pelaksanaan pengembangan diri dan menjadi referensi kebijakan berkaitan pengembangan kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex-post facto, pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan secara random dari populsi 7.864 didapatkan sampel sebanyak 100 guru sekolah dasar berdasar rumus slovin margin of error 10%. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh tiga variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Setelah melakukan validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh 7.3%, sikap profesional guru berpengaruh sebesar 24.4% dan pengembangan diri berpengaruh sebesar 32.2% terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil uji regresi berganda menunjukan besaran pengaruh yang diberikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, sikap profesional guru dan pengembangan diri secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 31.1 %. Selebihnya dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Education is an important aspect of human life so that people in the world of education must improve their performance. Various studies have shown that the quality of education in Indonesia is still low and this research looks at three influences on teacher performance in Cilacap regency.The formulation of the research problem is whether there is an influence of transformational leadership style, professional attitude of teachers on the performance of elementary school teachers in Cilacap district both partially and simultaneously so that it aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, professional attitude and self-development on teacher performance both partially and simultaneously. The benefits of this research are to produce theoretical studies, become a reference for the implementation of self-development and become a policy reference related to teacher performance development. The research method used is ex-post facto, the approach used in this study uses a quantitative approach. Using a random sampling technique from a population of 7,864, a sample of 100 elementary school teachers was obtained based on the Slovin margin of error formula of 10%. This study is to determine the effect of three independent variables on the dependent variable. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. After conducting instrument validity and reliability, classical assumption tests and simple and multiple linear regression tests, it was found that partially transformational leadership style had a 7.3% effect, teacher professionalism had an effect of 24.4% and self-development had an effect of 32.2% on teacher performance. The results of the multiple regression test show that the magnitude of the influence exerted by the transformational leadership style, the teacher's professional attitude and self-development simultaneously on teacher performance is 31.1%. The rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
