Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi perlu adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa agar mampu bersaing di abad 21, maka harus memiliki kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS), sehingga dalam mewujudkan hal tersebut diperlukan adanya Kompetensi guru dalam TPACK untuk mempersiapkan keterampilan pembelajaran abad 21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kompetensi guru dalam Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge guru ekonomi terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex-post facto dengan menggunakan analisis PLS-SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 4558 siswa, dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 424 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) tingkat hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif berada pada kategori dibawah KKM, dan hasil belajar ranah psikomotor berada pada kategori diatas KKM, selanjutnya untuk kompetensi guru dalam Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge berada pada kategori sedang, (ii) kompetensi guru dalam Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge guru ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the need to increase student learning outcomes so that they are able to compete in the 21st century, they must have higher order thinking skills (HOTS), so that in realizing this it is necessary to have teacher competence in TPACK to prepare 21st century learning skills. This research aims to determine The effect of teacher competence in Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge of economics teachers on student learning outcomes of State Senior High Schools in Bandung City. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, the type of research used is ex-post facto using PLS-SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. The population in this study was 4558 students, using the cluster sampling technique, a sample of 424 students was obtained. The results of the study show that (i) the level of student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain is in the category below the KKM, and the psychomotor learning outcomes are in the category above the KKM, then for teacher competence in Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge is in the medium category, (ii) competency teachers in Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge economic teachers influence student learning outcomes.
