Abstract
MODEL PEMBINAAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN TENIS MEJA MELALUI SISTEM KOMPETISI ANTAR KLUB BERBASIS KECAKAPAN HIDUP Yasri Mustaq Pratama NIM. 1707772 Pembimbing 1 : Prof. Dr. Nurlan Kusmaedi, M.Pd. Pembimbing 2 : Prof. Dr. Amung Ma’mun, M.Pd. Abstrak Tujuan Ingin mengetahui dampak sistem kompetisi berbasis kecakapan hidup terhadap perkembangan tenis meja di kota Bandung. Metode partisipan penelitian ini adalah anggota PTMSI Kota Bandung, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan instrument angket Life Skills Scale for Sport (LSSS) yang diadopsi dari penelitian Cronin & Allen (2017) dan program kompetisi pertandingan yang telah disusun pada Technical Handbook Sirkuit Daerah 2021. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil terdapat dampak yang signifikan sistem kompetisi berbasis kecakapan hidup terhadap perkembangan tenis meja di kota bandung. Kesimpulan Dengan program sistem kompetisi berbasis kecakapan hidup untuk anggota pengcab PTMSI kota Bandung, dapat memberikan dampak positif pada perkembangan pengcab. Dengan mengembangkan keterampilan hidup melalui kerja tim, penetapan tujuan, manajemen waktu, keterampilan emosional, komunikasi interpersonal, keterampilan sosial, kepemimpinan dan pemecahan masalah serta mengambil keputusan tiap-tiap individu baik sebagai pengurus klub, pelatih maupun atlet akan sejalan dalam melaksanakan program klub tersebut. Pembimbing 2 : Prof. Dr. Amung Ma’mun, M.Pd. Abstract Abstract The Purpose of the research to find out the impact of a life skills-based competition system on the development of table tennis in the city of Bandung. The method of this research participant is a member of PTMSI Bandung City, with a sample of 30 people using the Life Skills Scale for Sport (LSSS) questionnaire adopted from Cronin & Allen's research (2017) and the competition program that has been compiled in the Regional Circuit Technical Handbook. 2021. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The results show that there is a significant impact on the life skills-based competition system on the development of table tennis in the city of Bandung. Conclusion With a life skills- based competition system program for members of PTMSI Bandung City, it can have a positive impact on the development of civil servants. By developing life skills through teamwork, goal setting, time management, emotional skills, interpersonal communication, social skills, leadership and problem solving as well as making individual decisions as club administrators, coaches and athletes will be in line in implementing the club program.
