Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini bermula dari penurunan nilai indeks SPBE yang diperoleh oleh Kabupaten Sumedang dapat disebabkan oleh banyak faktor maka diperlukan evaluasi secara menyeluruh untuk mengetahui kekurangan dalam pelaksanaan SPBE. Salah satu evaluasi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu mengenai penerapan sistem informasi e-office desa yang dilaksanakan di seluruh pemerintah desa Kabupaten Sumedang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan evaluasi tentang penerapan sistem informasi e-office desa di Kantor Desa Cibeureum Kulon berdasarkan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskripstif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah Sembilan orang dan ditentukan dengan melakukan teknik purposive sampling, yang merupakan aparatur desa yang menggunakan e-office desa. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah penerimaan sistem e-office desa oleh aparatur desa di Kantor Desa Cibeureum Kulon telah memenuhi dua persepsi utama Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yaitu persepsi kemudahan pengguna dan persepsi kebermanfaatan. Serta pengguna memiliki sikap terbuka dengan memanfaatkan e-office desa dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan dan memiliki minat yang positif terhadap e-office desa di masa mendatang. Kata kunci: analisis aplikasi, e-office desa, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) The problem in this research is started from a decrease in the SPBE index value obtained by Kabupaten Sumedang which can be caused by the lots factor, so thorough evaluation is needed to find out deficiencies SPBE implementation. One of the evaluations that can be carried out is regarding the implementation of e-office desa information system which is implemented throughout government village Kabupaten Sumedang. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the e-office desa system information at the Village Office Cibeureum Kulon based on the theory of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The method used is a study descriptive with a qualitative approach. The number of participants in thi study was nine people and determined by using purposive sampling technique, which is villages officials that use e-office desa. The results in this study are the acceptance of e-office desa information system by village officials at the Cibeureum Kulon village office hal fulfilled the two perceptions Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), those are perception ease of use and perception of usefulness. Also users' have an open attitude by utilizing e-office desa in carrying out work and have positive interest in e-office desa information system in the future.
