Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya efektivitas pembelajaran pada jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran yang ditandai dengan kurang optimalnya kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana gambaran kemampuan pengelolaan kelas, gambaran efektivitas pembelajaran dan seberapa besar pengaruh kemampuan pengelolaan kelas terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran pada jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kadipaten. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel Kemampuan Pengelolaan Kelas dan variabel Efektivitas Pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif survey, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan penyebaran angket. Jumlah anggota populasi yaitu 26 guru Jurusan Adminitrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kadipaten. Angket yang digunakan adalah model skala likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kemampuan pengelolaan kelas dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan pengelolaan kelas yang terdiri dari indikator sikap tanggap, membagi perhatian, pemusatan perhatian kelompok, modifikasi tingkah laku, pendekataan pemecahan masalah, dan menemukan dan memecahkan masalah berada pada kategori cukup. Adapun indikator yang disebutkan diatas harus diperbaiki dan dilakukan guru secara lebih optimal. Abstract The problems examined in this study is the low effectiveness of learning in Departement of Office Administration are characterized by less optimal capability in managing the classroom teacher. This study aims to see how the image of classroom management skills, the image of the effectiveness of learning and how much influence the effectiveness of classroom management skills teaching in the Department of Office Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Kadipaten. The study consisted of two variables: the variable ability of Classroom Management and Learning Effectiveness variables. Descriptive survey research methods, data collection techniques by observation, library research, and dissemination of questionnaires. The number of members of the population of 26 teachers in the Department of Office Administration at SMKN 1 Kadipaten. Questionnaire used is a Likert scale models. Analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis. From the results obtained that there is the influence of classroom management skills and learning effectiveness. Based on these, we can conclude that the ability of the management class that consists of responsiveness indicators, divided attention, focusing the attention of the group, behavior modification, problem solving , and find and solve problems in the category enough. The above-mentioned indicators should be improved and made more optimal teacher.
